Raising Cane's is one place that I really don't mind their prices going up. The quality of their food is always good and they always provides good, friendly customer service.

The service and order accuracy of the location in Zachary, Louisiana needs some improvement. Today was the third time in a row I've had to repeat a simple order four times and still come home with something not in the bag that I ordered. The workers need to be trained that not everyone is always going to order a combo. Sometimes, they just want fries, a sauce and a drink. To go along with the combo they bought. If my daughter didn't like it so much, I wouldn't be back.

I came here today on my lunch break expecting to wait in a long line with horrible traffic..But the line went smoothly and quickly. The food was the best its been in a while, and the lady outside taking the orders was nice.

The food was NASTY MY CHICKEN FINGERS WERE HARD AS A BRICK LIKE THEY HAD BEEN REDROPPED IN GREASE
Barely had any fries on my plate.We spent $29 there and when we left there we were still hungry all of the tables needed to be wiped like people had been there and left
Barely any fries were put on our plates like we are at daycare and just got given something
Employees were LOUD LIKE they were at a disco party
Just overall POOR FOOD QUALITY AND BAD SERVICE CANES CAN DO BETTER
