Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The people at this store are illiterate and deaf. They do not even attempt to follow orders. Case in point today I asked for the “box combos” 3 different ways. ALL WERE WRONG. It’s not rocket surgery. All you clowns do is chicken and fries. How hard is it to sub no slaw for extra fries or no slaw for extra toast? And where are the 4 extra sauces I paid for? Not in my bag. I don’t not recommend. In fact I will not buy here anymore.

Fries are always soggy at this location. The naked tenders are also really small compared to the regular tenders. My customer service was terrible. She did not listen to my order well and kept getting distracted.

The worst canes I've ever been to,I'm a driver and I visit a lot of canes everywhere,but this one won't fry my chicken correctly and would not replace my orders, Lafayette and central are best

I love going to the raising canes in Zachary. The customer service is always great. The team is very sweet and kind. My food is always fresh and hot. Very Pleased ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On July 18, 2024, I had the worst experience here. I have never in my life been treated so rudely at a canes. First, they told me to come to the first window and left me sitting there for 5 minutes until I pulled up to the second window. Then, the girls at the window were laughing because I waited so long at the first window. Then I was thrown bag of food into my car. Completely unprofessional. I was treated much better by the Mcdonald's across the street and that is saying something.
