I made a pickup order on the app and my dad went to pick it up bc I’m sick. I got a Caribbean way and he got a chocolate one. My dad didn’t know what smoothie I got, only that there was two smoothies. He comes back with two chocolate ones and I’m confused. I check my order to make sure I didn’t put it in wrong, and I didn’t. I call them saying they messed up the order and asked them how long it would take for them to make the new one if he came to pick it up. All the guy said back to my question was “alright” and ended on my face. He calls back 2 minutes later saying “bring the other smoothie back when you come”. Like cmon dude is it really that big of a deal when you’re just going to throw it away. How about let us keep it for the hastle of having to go back to get the right order. Almost forgot to mention the two smoothies were an inch low. He went back to get the right one and that one was filled, like it should be. And they chunked the mess up one. Wasteful. If this is a protocol they have for when THEY mess up, they should fix it. Canes gives you the food if they give you the wrong food.

Customer service at this location is impeccable!!! They were super busy when we pulled up and ordered. The guy at the window apologized for the wait but still had our açaí bowls and smoothie out so fast and all with a smile on his face! Way to go!!!!
