My experience at Wingstop was the worst. The employees were rude and very unwelcoming. My food was cold, incorrect and just very unpleasant. I will be calling corporate.

After finding out online that 20 bone-in wings is $16.29, the store charged $29.13 for the 20 bone-in wings. This restaurant is running a scam. What is advertised is not what you get. Beware. If I I could give a zero star, that is what they would get.

The wings were dried out and tough. If there were a thing as chicken jerky, all dried out and tough. The fries were soggy. I ordered for me and my twin sons. Three eight piece classic combos. I will never eat as this location again

You pay your money to have a cashier take a tone of voice with you like your mother would just trying to pickup your food and the sky is blue .I’d pay double the price somewhere else where there’s staff with better people skills
I’ve ordered from this wing-stop a few times in the past and the service wasn’t always as great as it has been lately. We’ve learned they’re under new management and we can clearly see. The service was great but the food has never tasted better. Everything was hot and fresh and didn’t take long at all after placing the order online for pickup. When my husband brought it home, I was amazed at how well it was packaged and how fresh it looked and smelled. Although I would normally order extra crispy wings I forgot to do so but they were perfectly crisp. Hands down the best wing stop dinner I’ve ever had.I’ll order again next week to see if I get the same thing.

Staff was friendly as usual and I've never had to wait longer than 1 min for service and it's only that long when they are slammed with orders. I have to say we eat here a lot and food is usually pretty good here. I've never left any good reviews and I probably should have in the past. With that being said my only complaints this time is their drink machine being completely out of ice which I doubt that's the staff's fault, and the other is our food was cold, not refrigerator cold, just not hot like it usually is when we get it. It wasn't even warm, it had the temperature as if it had been sitting down on the counter for a couple of hours.... disappointing

when i come in during lunch time the staff is very friendly and i have never had a problem. but the night shift/dinner crew is very rude and does not listen to what you order. how many times can they make my boneless wing order into bone in and it be a mistake? very frustrated with this experience. they charged me more for the bone in combo when i ordered boneless. when i got my order, i let them know i had ordered boneless, and they didn't even refund me the difference.
