Staff was friendly as usual and I've never had to wait longer than 1 min for service and it's only that long when they are slammed with orders. When ordering the person at the counter, she was very informative. She forgot to ask my name and I didn't know she needed it because I don't frequent Wingstop. Not knowing my food was complete, I waited extra long before going back to the counter to figure out the mixup. Patrons coming into the establishment were loud and rude.
