It is so so soft don’t have to wait for ice to melt and when I get to the bottom of the cup it is so juvenile and good

They have the best ice for snowballs. They are soft & melts in your mouth instantly. There's no chewing or waiting on a hunk of ice to melt.

My son had swimming lessons every day last week and two days this week. We stopped every day except one day & they we're great.

My first time going I bought my two young children kid size snowballs and in the midst of one of my children eating hers. She found a big red ant inside! I was horrified, will not be going back. Also I ordered a large mango flavored snowball and my snowball was extra dry, rarely any juice.
The BEST snowballs hands down! The ice is so soft! It's like snow. I HAVE LIVED IN KANSAS I KNOW SNOW. They have plenty of flavors! If it can be they, do it. They combine flavors, stuff snowballs with ice cream, top it with sweet condensed milk, top it again whipped cream & top it again with a cherry on top! Yeah they do that too! If you haven't had your snow cone like that TRY IT AT SNOW BIZ!

Horrible hygiene at this snow ball stand. The guy making the snowball had no mask on and was picking his nose while making the snowball. Disgusting I requested a refund. Never again!

I dont know if they got a bad batch of syrup or if they are watering the syrup down. got a tiger's blood and instead of it being dark red it was light pink. Wife ordered a wedding cake and instead of being clear it was also light pink. The only reason they get 2 stars is due to how fast my order was ready.
