This location in Zachary is the worst Zaxby I ever had. Customer Service was very bad, and the salad had wilted brown lettuce

Terrible Customer Service! The past couple times I have been there, it always takes forever to get my food. The last and final time I went today and they asked me to pull into a parking spot but there was no one in line. I asked if I could just sit there until someone comes but she said something about my buns were on a timer, made no sense. So I pulled up and waited on my food, then she had to walk out in the rain and bring my food when she could have just handed it to me out the window! She didn’t say sorry for the wait, thank you, nothing!

Customer service was horrible. I had
to wait 15 minutes for my food, and it wasn't busy at all. People came after me got service before me. The manager had a attitude with me, because I asked for my money back. If I have to ask for my money back, that means I don't want it. People are crazy these days. I ain't got time for somebody spitting in my food because somebody got mad!!! (The time was 12:42 pm 11/5/24)

For being the only person inside at 2pm on a Saturday should have said enough.
Drink station was a sticky mess. Employees look at you with contempt that you chose to come there. No gloves on front employees touching their hair and then food. Computers and then food. Money and food.

After getting my food I walked up to ask for ketchup and get ignored a couple times before they decide there's nothing else to act busy about. Then run fingers through hair touch the computer and then plates. I will NEVER be at Zaxby's again. Standards need to be raised!!! ?

Tenders are small. Bread isn't fully toasted. Coleslaw want ready and given to us after we were done.
To go line was being asked to wait at the end of the line even though no one is in the building.
Hot sauce is not the same as it used to be. Nothing but preservatives now.

I ordered chicken tenders and fries combo! It was sooo SALTY!!! I could not eat it. Also ordered a Cobb salad and ask if they can add Buffalo sauce no sauce was on it! Cucumbers was old so was the tomatoes. A waste of $30.00 NEVER again…

Whoever was working Saturday late evening should be fired. I left without getting my order from the drive thru and the two ‘kids’ that were at the window did NOT care at all to lose the business

Food is a disgrace to Zaxby’s. I’m usually a big fan of the wings and things combo meal but the food was absolutely horrid. The chicken is dry and gross and the fries were horrible. Don’t get me started with how bad their toast is.

We tried the Mr. Beast meal, and it was great! I really thought it was going to be trash, but they surprised me! I can't wait to find one in Houston.

We don't have Zaxby's where I live, so I visit every chance I get. The chicken fingers are always hot, fresh, and juicy. I wish you guys would build one near Lake Charles! The cashier was so nice and courteous. I will definitely come back when I'm in town again.

I ordered 3 meals tonight around 8:30 & got home to enjoy my meal & my toast was full of salt. My son's chicken sandwich was salty also. There was absolutely no reason to have salt on my toast. I have hypertension & do not eat a lot of salt. If there isn't management on shift tonight there needs to be before those kids cause someone to suffer from a stroke.

every damn time i come here around 9:25 or 9:30 they always say they are closed. On the website it clearly states they close at 10. THIS IS AWFUL. Zaxbys do better PLEASE!
