Please go to raisins canes tastes better at the same cost and the didn't give me my lemonade to compare so I would tell anyone go to canes are cook your own at home but fries was good but very upset about not getting that lemonade meals price to high to leave out anything but anyways eat what u like but canes for me here on out ✌️ update went back to get the original reason I went was to pick up food for my son his mom ordered but was told that it was throw away call door dash to have them repay and reorder di that the next day went back before going trying calling to make sure order was gonna be there before hand drive to Zachary's location but lady on phone was rude to me when asking she know about the door dash cool but then I ask about my lemonade she got to talking crazy on phone before u know I cuss her out got to the location food ready she standing there it's the big lady that use to work at racetrack on harding Blvd baton rouge I remember her same nasty bad attitude now manager at Zaxby's man Zaxby's y'all fumble hiring her lol on god go to canes don't waste your money now after putting her in her place I am to scared to even give my son this food smh

Say man, I ordered from your location using Uber eats on Tuesday May 13th @10:13pm. I would've never ordered from here if I knew you guys weren't going to honor the promotions set on y'all's page. I ordered the buy 1 get 1 five piece tender with a side of fries, only to get 1 five piece and very soggy fries. There was no tampering with the bag so I know the driver didn't eat it, it just simply wasn't in the bag. When you get your employees to make sure the FULL order is correct before sending it out then maybe I'll think about spending money with you again.

This location in Zachary is the worst Zaxby I ever had. Customer Service was very bad, and the salad had wilted brown lettuce

Terrible Customer Service! The past couple times I have been there, it always takes forever to get my food. The last and final time I went today and they asked me to pull into a parking spot but there was no one in line. I asked if I could just sit there until someone comes but she said something about my buns were on a timer, made no sense. So I pulled up and waited on my food, then she had to walk out in the rain and bring my food when she could have just handed it to me out the window! She didn’t say sorry for the wait, thank you, nothing!

Customer service was horrible. I had
to wait 15 minutes for my food, and it wasn't busy at all. People came after me got service before me. The manager had a attitude with me, because I asked for my money back. If I have to ask for my money back, that means I don't want it. People are crazy these days. I ain't got time for somebody spitting in my food because somebody got mad!!! (The time was 12:42 pm 11/5/24)

For being the only person inside at 2pm on a Saturday should have said enough.
Drink station was a sticky mess. Employees look at you with contempt that you chose to come there. No gloves on front employees touching their hair and then food. Computers and then food. Money and food.

After getting my food I walked up to ask for ketchup and get ignored a couple times before they decide there's nothing else to act busy about. Then run fingers through hair touch the computer and then plates. I will NEVER be at Zaxby's again. Standards need to be raised!!! ?

Tenders are small. Bread isn't fully toasted. Coleslaw want ready and given to us after we were done.
To go line was being asked to wait at the end of the line even though no one is in the building.
Hot sauce is not the same as it used to be. Nothing but preservatives now.

I ordered chicken tenders and fries combo! It was sooo SALTY!!! I could not eat it. Also ordered a Cobb salad and ask if they can add Buffalo sauce no sauce was on it! Cucumbers was old so was the tomatoes. A waste of $30.00 NEVER again…

Food is a disgrace to Zaxby’s. I’m usually a big fan of the wings and things combo meal but the food was absolutely horrid. The chicken is dry and gross and the fries were horrible. Don’t get me started with how bad their toast is.

We tried the Mr. Beast meal, and it was great! I really thought it was going to be trash, but they surprised me! I can't wait to find one in Houston.
