Zen-Jūs is my go to when I want something fresh, plant based, and quick in Zachary. I love that it is locally owned and the staff is always friendly. The owner has been there most times I have visited, and she is happy to answer any questions you might have and make recommendations. They also have a fantastic selection of supplements, snacks, and nontoxic body products. It is nice not to have to go into Baton Rouge to get those kinds of options. Thank you, Zen- Jūs!

Lady B rolls out the red carpet of knowledge and healthy goodies, while being fly. When you walk in, it is literally ZEN 🧘🏽‍♀️ You don’t want to leave and whatever ails you will soon be a thing of the past. If I feel something creeping into my system, I go here before the doctor. Zen-Jus is perfectly Zen. The atmosphere is so calming and soothing. Indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy your order of in house made juices, smoothies, yogurt, avocado toasts made fresh to order! Shop while you're there! There are great handmade jewelry, supplements, wellness products, essential oils, room sprays and snacks which make great gifts! Stop by and try a refreshing treat that will have you mind, body and taste buds happy, healthy, and all so Zen.

Vegetarian options: Most of the offerings to my knowledge are plant based.

Dietary restrictions: The owner offered me different bases taking in consideration allergies.

We tired this amazing space for the first time today & will definitely be back! We had a smoothie, two different toast and a bowl and all were 10/10! Great relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff and awesome food for your mind, body and soul!

I adore Zen-Jūs. It is a true gem to the Zachary and Baton Rouge area. The selections are all delicious, and there is amazing variety. The shop is very clean and inviting, and the staff are all so kind and helpful. You can tell a lot of time, thought, and love has been put into this establishment.

I love their smoothie bowls! They are filling and you can even add protein powder to them.

My mom brought me a Peace bowl for lunch. Absolutely incredible. I chose a Mango Lemonade to go with it. Equally as fantastic. If you’ve been thinking about trying this place, DO IT!! ??
