Stopped in for a good burger. Bun was not toasted, waffle fries had been sitting. Server was very good. Asked if I needed anything, said no. Then realized my ketchup bottle was empty. Another employee walked by, asked her for ketchup, she said sure, never to be seen again. I got up and got my own from empty table behind me. Very disappointing for a Sunday afternoon splurge.

The last few times we have gone, the food has had some issues. We love the place and wait staff, but the cooking staff needs to improve. We go on a regular basis and gave tried just about everything on the menu.
