The BEST breads! He works hard to perfect the flavor, crumb, and crusts. Plus the loaves- many varieties- are beautiful (gifts). Yummy cookies too. I love that the flour is freshly milled.
I believe this is is quite literally the best bread one can get in the Boston area, if not much broader. I'm so relieved to be able to give my kids real bread, and it takes me straight to my childhood and the bread my grandma used to make.
Great micro bakery specializing in sourdough breads. Baker is very helpful recommending products we might like, advising us on pairing breads and handling/freezing bread. Everyone I shared it with has loved it. The chocolate chip cookies are awesome as well
