Ordered ahead and still waited awhile when I got there. Wasn’t given my whole order, I had to ask for the rest of my items. One item I ordered was a pizza with onions on one side. I get home and there’s onion on the whole pizza. I called and the guy was VERY rude. He was tall and thin and had dark features, full beard, tattoos. He was working the front when I was there earlier. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. He argued with me that I was wrong. Offered no apology and would not accept that he had made a mistake. I asked if he would replace my pizza or give me some sort of coupon and he laughed at me. I live 25 minutes from the store, so I didn’t go back because I realized he was a useless human being and it would be an even bigger waste of my time on top of my time he already wasted. I told him I would complain to corporate and he laughed at me. Took a video of all the onion on every corner of the pizza.
