Didn't want to wait 50 minutes at a larger chain restaurant a few miles away and gave True West a try. Very happy we did. Beer flight was 6 beers! Had some unique apps, dishes and specials on the menu. We got the steak tips, burger, hot honey chicken sandwich and the Bangkok Street Noodles. All were tasty! Service was excellent. This is a halfway point on the way to my daughter's college. We will be making this a regular stop for us.
Arrrived a little before our reservation and were promptly shown to our table. Server was quick to stop by and check in through out the meal to make sure we didn't need anything without feeling like they were hovering or ignoring us. Food and drink came out in the right time and was enjoyed by the entire group. Was a little loud due to a mostly full dining room, but to be expected at a brewpub and good to see the crowds on a Thursday.

This is a great place to grab some food with a glass of fresh brew. The kitchen does a good job producing more than the usual bar selection. Try the pretzels for a different sort of treat!Vegetarian options: There's always something nice on the menu for my vegetarian palate.
