We stopped at Moma Jaq’s on Labor Day as we continued our road trip. The customer service was outstanding. There is seating indoors as well outside with umbrellas for shade on sunny days. The variety of flavors was terrific and it was hard to choose. My husband picked watermelon sherbet and orange pineapple ice team. He said both flavors were terrific with the ice cream a subtle hit to his palate while the sherbet was stronger. Paired together it was perfect.
I tried the halo-halo, which means mix-mix in English. The balance of flavors was so refreshing and the crushed ice a great way to cool down on a hot day. This will be a go to stop when we are in the Agawam area!

Delicious!! Their hot fudge was SO good, tasted exactly how I wanted, like really good ice cream shop hot fudge. The ice cream was delicious and just the right consistency. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back many times. So glad I found this place.

This is by far the best soft serve ice cream I have tasted that literally brought me back to my childhood! Cozy, Welcoming and so many varieties to choose from! My children, grandkids and even my grand dog enjoyed our treats. Vanilla soft serve with brownies is a must! Very affordable and worth the drive!

I have a toddler with severe food allergies (peanut, tree nut and egg). We have never gone out for ice cream before due to worry for cross contamination. My friend convinced me to go to Mama Jaqs and it was a great experience! We spoke with the owner who told us exactly what was safe for my son to get. She also informed the rest of our group if our ice cream orders contained any of his allergens. We will absolutely be going back!!
