First time ordering from there. My husband and I got chicken/eggplant parm, and eggplant parm dinners. We both loved the dinners, I could only eat 1/4 of my eggplant, they give a really large portion. I'm always looking for a good eggplant parm dinner, this is my new favorite. Looking forward to trying more things on their large menu!

Ordered delivery and the beverage was missing. The drive said he would be right back. I had to call as no one brought the beverage. My food is now cold and unappetizing. Poor rating on the food as it is now cold.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and house salad for a small work function. They delivered to our office in Springfield as an exception. Thats what I call customer service! Food was great. Salad was fresh, we added chicken and they sent what seemed like 2 lbs of grilled chicken. Will be back!

I used to eat here for lunch/dinner all the time when I worked in the area .. today I took the ride because I’ve been craving the mega fries ! And after about 3 years of not eating here I was not disappointed!! I also got a pizza and a chicken Parmesan dinner and everyone was satisfied !! Thank you pizza house !!!
So it started with the appetizer combo last time they switched out the wings for french fries for me this time they told me they couldn’t, which didn’t make much sense because wings cost a restaurant more than french fries but whatever floats their boat , then I told them I wanted buffalo wings since they wouldn’t switch it out for french fries my order came out to almost $44 for two slices of pizza pepperoni, which was actually just cheese pizza that they popped back in and threw some pepperonis on top of which were hardly cooked I ordered my mother a grinder and I asked them for a little extra oil and vinegar on the side for the grinder which they charged me $1.50 just for a small was supposed to be a 4 ounce cup, but it was filled about a third of the way so I had to guess about an ounce of oil cost $1.50 there, when the order arrived, the wings had absolutely no sauce so I called and asked them to remake my wings. They asked if they could send the sauce and I told them no because my wings would be cold. They told me 10 to 15 minutes. I said OK and then a delivery person dropped off just the sauce instead of remaking the wings with the tip for the driver I wasted $50 ……… they were not apologetic at all either when I called didn’t seem to care much. They should really work on their customer service and should definitely let people know when they’re being charged $1.50 for a small cup of oil or sauce. You should let the customer know that. The dough bites were good however, the entire combo for the appetizer was a waste of money and had I known they were just gonna throw the pepperonis on the pizza like that and just heat it up quickly instead of finishing cooking them. I probably wouldn’t have ordered pizza at all.#update got to the hospital with my moms grinder which was ordered no mayo due to allergy has mayo all over it!!!!! I then called and asked to speak to the manager who was extremely dismissive extremely rude telling me I was just calling to complain and when I said you could’ve killed her, she has an allergy. He said oh well don’t eat it He told me to drive all the way back to Agawam from Springfield from the hospital to bring him his food back and then he would refund my money, I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on his business if you lack customer service and you don’t take orders with allergies, seriously and you are extremely unprofessional you should not be in this business I most likely will be hiring a lawyer for not taking that allergy seriously

Love this place , food is always consistently great and hot when I get it . Also I know I’m supporting a hard working family that all contribute to the success of the business. . Highly recommend grilled Greek chicken salad 😂 that’s my go to .

Had to delete my recent review to make a new one based of the response I got from the AI team of Pizza House, I took a screenshot of my review and their response, and immediately went back to the menu to make sure me nor my girlfriend read the menu wrong which in fact we did not, I took a screenshot of the menu which never states any tomatoes inside the CHICKEN CEASAR WRAP, If the people making the food doesn’t know the menu i’m not surprised the AI response team don’t know either, once again NEVER GOING BACK, FIX YOUR MISTAKES AND TAKE OWNERSHIP ON YOUR MISTAKES
