Worst Wendy's EVER!! It's close to my workplace so I keep trying 😕. They don't seem to understand the concept of a DRIVE THRU! It's not a pull up and park for 10-15 minutes and STILL get cold food!! Today I refused to pull up and park, manager came to the window and ask me again to pull up and park. I said "No, this is a drive thru! "They were annoyed, but so was I ..... AGAIN! Still waited for another 6 minutes and, big surprise, my food was COLD!!
