Paid for two meals and got two wrong meals worth much less as well, very unacceptable, but I didn't dare call because the staff was very rude to begin with and acted as if me showing up as a customer was a huge inconvenience to them. So rather than upset myself and deal with the ignorance I left it alone which has also been extremely frustrating to say the least.

It's a nice treat once in a while though when you're able to find something quick and the Agawam Wendy's is always accommodating. Their staff is always friendly and they help me understand what options I have. They offer lettuce wraps on their burgers which is awesome.
