“I got the Maple Jalapeño Chicken Bowl and a Raspberry Refresher.

The refresher was yummy and refreshing!

The chicken bowl was disappointing. The photo on the menu showed what looked like fresh jalapenos. When I got the bowl and didn't see any, I thought they gave me the wrong thing. The turns out the jalapenos were in the bowl, just pickled. Not a problem. The portion of chicken was honestly beyond disappointing. The pieces in my bowl were mostly either fried skin or just what felt like straight breading. There were two pieces of actual chicken chunks. Flavor was solid and texture was great. The fresh veggies were a nice contrast to the fried chicken. The egg was cooked perfectly, with crispy edges and a runny yolk. Huge portion of rice.

Wait time was not the best. The refresher came out a minute after ordering. The chicken bowl took 18 minutes.

When I asked the staff member about the portion, they apologized immediately and offered to make it right. A few minutes later they brought out a huge order of chicken and a side of fresh jalapeños.

Overall, the food was tasty so I'd come back again to give this place a second chance. I just hope this was a one-off.“
