As a company critic, this Starbucks location is hidden from the rest…but I am surprised it is close to a Dunkin. Parking can be difficult to find. There are no automatic button from the entrance door for those who need it.
When you enter, there will most likely be tables taken. There are high chairs too. The floor was dirty in terms of small trash items. This location does play music too. My table was messy with crumbs on it.
The employees seemed nice though, no issue there. Some customers do not clean after themselves from the tables which could be why they are dirty but did not see anyone checking to see if tables need to be wiped down. It seems like at the time I went, there were only two employees. I do feel bad for those who have to work as two since most locations can be busy.
Merchandises are located here, you can buy as well inside. I would recommend in any Starbucks location, use a napkin on the table so it does not make a ring on the wooden table. Only two high chairs *children* are available. One lower round table, good for kids (if not taken). Other round tables which would be good for small group meetings.
Free WIFI is available as well. You can pick up and order inside.

Twice made cappuccino incorrectly and once using old milk. Tried the Spiced Hot Apple Cider style drink and, of course, incorrectly made. My first time finally mentioning this to them at the store and they never even apologized or even attempted to show they cared. "Oh, okay". Little bit snobby clearly!

Best Starbucks. Very smart employee. Make sure all the order is correct and very attentive! The employee name Johnny he took care of my drinks very well. Taste was better than any other Starbucks cuz they paid attention to the order and the toilet was impressively clean! I wish I could come back to this store but I was a tourist in the area
This Starbucks is very large with many tables for working including larger circular tables for group meetings. The lattes and cold brew are nice.

I have been very disappointed with Starbucks in the US. But this place is probably the most well-maintained Starbucks . The staff is very friendly and the store is very clean. It is incomparable to the Starbucks near Harvard Station or on Newbury Street. It is a place where you can spend a relaxing time.
