Super cute restaurant with boho vibes and calming, ghibli-esque music. I tried the Vegetarian Lemongrass Seitan Bahn Mi and it was so flavorful and perfectly well balanced in every bite. The bread was extremely soft and flakey, definitely freshly made. The size of the bahn mi itself was also impressive, enough for a meal in itself. The staff were so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this spot if you're in Waltham!

Best banh mi I’ve ever tasted! We tried the shrimp and the fried chicken versions, both were very fresh with flavorful sauces. The bread had the perfect amount of crunchiness on the outside and soft butteriness inside. The ube taro boba tea and ube taro iced lattes were also phenomenal. This place is a real gem!
