Usually all of the people are great but this morning I had a cashier with the absolute worst attitude and customer service I have experienced anywhere in a long time. If it were not for the other 2 employees (one was fabulous) I would never step foot in this location again.
hello girl with red hair and old guy. if you want customers to observe the 'Do not reach under the plastic Shield' signs then maybe put people's orders where they can actually reach them. Starbucks is a middle of the road location that feels constantly rushed and super busy in the mornings. The staff are nice and great from cashier to server, and they work hard to prepare 20 drinks for pickup. Drinks are just okay and very pricey, with $6 coffees becoming the new normal. Some guests prefer the refreshers over the coffee. The space is small and narrow inside, with sparse seating and a tight parking lot. Wi fi is pretty decent for laptop work, and the bathroom is decent. The AC is robust on hot and humid summer days. Opening time ends at 8pm, which many find horrible. Great service is great but the formula that used to make Starbucks a great place seems broken, the feeling quiet, uneventful, and a bit unapproachable.
