“I’ve tried a lot of bubble tea in the area, and this is by far the best. The tea quality is great (especially the Hong Kong milk tea - seriously delicious!), and they put plenty of boba (that is chewy and fresh!) in each order. The staff are also very kind and efficient, and if you order multiple teas, will pack them perfectly in a cute reusable bag with straws inside. My only other wish for this place is that I so wish they had matcha, which is my favorite flavor and go-to tea, but the quality here is so superior I’ve been willing to switch flavors most of the time to come here!“
“Popular ice cream spot - first visit it was later in the evening 9pm Small waiting line - employees appeared busy. Plenty of happy faces sitting enjoying their cold treats of ice cream I don't often order a Sundae, this was that rare occasion. I ordered a grape-nut ice cream Sundae with chocolate fudge topping and this did not disappointment They offer small, medium and large portions Below is a medium- a small would be enough Go pay them a visit. I am positive that you will come back again ....“

“Really good coffee, friendly service, and a very aesthetically well-decorated vibe. But one thing that really sets them apart is their active involvement in being a part of the community through supporting local non-profits and collaborating with local businesses to make their neighborhood a better place, a better community. Buy their Common Good Cup of coffee, and they will give you a choice in where a portion of the proceeds of that cup goes with one of their three spotlighted and always changing charities or non-profits detailed on their wall. Your morning coffee can do good.“
“As a Waltham local, this is my favorite bubble tea shop in town. My go-to drinks are the Wintermelon Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly and the Coco Cream WOW Milk Cap. I tried their Almond and Taro Milk Teas, but they tasted too powdery for my liking. They have a BOGO deal on Wednesdays which makes coming here even sweeter!“
“My family discovered the TapTap by chance, when my teen’s phone quit working during an outing and he needed to call home for help. The proprieters very kindly allowed him to use their phone, and while he waited for pick-up, he ordered some food. We ended up enjoying a delicious and generous rice bowl and beef and chicken pasties. So flavorful!! We are so glad to have found this fantastic gem, and plan to return for more!“
“Very friendly bakery. No one spoke English and there were no labels on the case, so I asked for the only pastry I knew of - concha (thanks Great British Baking Show)! It was my first time trying a concha, so I have no bar to compare it to. Nonetheless, it was fresh and delicious and very affordable.“
“Another Dunkin’. This one is renovated and open late. Fine for a quick coffee or a snack.Dunkin’ as a corporation is no longer an especially good food/donut maker. But an early morning mixed dozen on the way to the office is still sure to bring cheer to the morning. Sometimes an egg/cheese croissant with hash browns are in order. Though be warned, shrinkflation got them a long time ago.This location has a great staff. They usually invite you up next to order, are friendly, say thank you, etc. Good folks. Enjoy!“
“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. “Best banh mi I’ve ever tasted! We tried the shrimp and the fried chicken versions, both were very fresh with flavorful sauces. The bread had the perfect amount of crunchiness on the outside and soft butteriness inside. The ube taro boba tea and ube taro iced lattes were also phenomenal. This place is a real gem!“
