“As far as banh mi go, this one is a solid four stars. I went with the BBQ pork and asked for no aioli. The bread was perfectly crusty, the pickled vegetables tasted great and were cut well, as were the fresh jalapeños. I liked the flavor and smokiness on the BBQ pork, but I wish the temperature on it had been anything above room temperature. There were also a couple of overly fatty pieces that should have been trimmed.

The service and atmosphere leave a bit to be desired. The restaurant, at least when I visited, was quite messy. I understand that the sandwiches generate a lot of crumbs, but I think it would help a lot to more regularly wipe down the tables and chairs. I had to wipe off my table and chair when I entered, as did another party I saw come in after me.

I'm also not a huge fan of the QR code ordering system. For such a small place, it feels quite impersonal. Lastly, the cans of soda come out warm. They do provide a cup with a small amount ice, but the cup really ought to be full of ice in order to properly cool down the warm can. In my case, all of the ice was melted as soon as I poured in half a can. Warm soda is just not pleasant.

I think I would order take out next time to avoid the issues they have with dining in. I did very much enjoy the banh mi, but the service issues were a bit perplexing.“

“Came into today to make a delivery both people working where incredibly nice I'll tell you it's extremely rare to meet genuinely happy and kind people nowadays I would highly recommend stopping in and checking them out based off that alone. I got a lemon iced tea it was so good and refreshing but they have a huge drink menu if the rest of the drinks where as good as this it's definitely worth trying. Again 5 stars based of service and just being good people.“

“Love this spot!! I had the ube milk tea with ube pudding. It was great. It reminded me of a milkshake. It was very sweet so if you have a sweet tooth this drink is definitely for you! I also had the veggie pan fried buns and they came out so fresh and flavorful. Definitely a favorite on the menu. The only thing is you may have to wait quite a bit for your item. Definitely do not come here for a quick grab and go trip. Try ordering ahead. Good food quality takes time.“

“This is a nice neighborhood ice cream shop. They have a huge menu. The ice cream we had was really good. The shop itself is fairly bare-bones on the interior, but there’s a decent amount of seating inside and outside. There was no line when we went, but I imagine it is much busier during the school year. Excellent ice cream, but it lacks the accouterments of a a fun New England summer ice cream spot. I wish it had more personality.“

“My favorite coffee place where I can grab coffee that I actually like with good flavors. My favorite and go to is AOK cookie! Originally discovered it when I was down the cape years ago and have been on the hunt for a good location closer to me ever since! Glad this location exists!“

“Staff was friendly to me, order was ready just as I arrived. Theres only one criticism and its nothing they have much control over, the parking/access can be a headache depending on your timing. Not much they can do about it so i don't fault them (just the other people who don't know how to drive/park lol)“

“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. “In all honesty, the service here is wonderful employees always patient and answer any questions you have The atmosphere is great drinks are low price even at the large drink with Boba it’s only $10 and they don’t pressure you to tip, but with the service you’ll get you just want to tip the most amount you can. Five stars wonderful.“

“Great service in a SUPER BUSY spot. Staff was great from cashier to server. There had to be 20 drinks prepared waiting for pickup. Don't feel like I waited a long time for an in-store order. Store showed some signs of a busy morning but understandable.“

“The place is very cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.

The only thing I would suggest is upgrading the coffee machine. A good coffee can make such a difference after a great meal, and unfortunately, the coffee was not really to our taste. I think a good coffee machine would be a great addition. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely come back again!!“

“Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.

Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.

Definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks to the staff at this Dunkin location!“
