“I can't say enough about the Cricket Crew! Amazing staff and Drew (owner) is always available to make amazing suggestions.. we catered lunch in twice a week and it ranged from sandwiches, salads, build your own burrito/greek bowls, Asian fare, bbq and don't forget Karen's amazing pasta salad.
He caters corporate like no other caterer we have used! You simply can't go wrong.“

“I find no problems with the staff here. They are always cheery and helpful. I do think there could be some efficiency improvements and the wait times are a little long and a bit pricey for cafeteria food. But otherwise food is generally decent and selection is variably good to very good.“

“Quite often, one finds himself at the hospital under stressful conditions. What a wonderful relief it was to enjoy a hearty breakfast at MGH Waltham Cafe. A good helping of perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, tasty corned beef hash, and a side of thick oatmeal topped with a delicious cup of coffee helped me cope as my wife underwent surgery. For all the jokes about patient hospital food, I find that cafeteria hospital food is often excellent. MGH certainly backs up that opinion!“

“This was our first time ordering online and picking up from the drive through. I must say that customizing my salad was far from intuitive. Typically a plus sign (+) means add and a minus sign (-) means subtract. Thankfully the woman at the drive through asked otherwise I would have had nothing but cilantro in my bowl - the one item I did NOT want in my salad bowl. I’m glad she took the time to ask. Now that’s great customer service - thank you! Food was as expected so I’ll certainly be back. Would love to see improvements with the online ordering.“
