“10/10 every time I go here. Today I got a chocolate chip muffin toasted with butter and bacon, egg and cheese on a asiago bagel and it was so delicious and worth the drive . I used to work in the area and would stop here every morning. I no longer work in the area but was craving it this morning and made the 30 minute drive. I’m SATISFIED!“

“Popular cafe, we sat outside by the road which was fine as the traffic is quite. Lots of food/snack/drink options, clean toilets.
I note their sign about not supporting the proposed 2 lane road and removing the on street parking - I couldn’t agree more, the (very nice) atmosphere driving through Needham would be ruined by this proposal and I hope it fails.“

“I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years now and you always get top quality food for breakfast and lunch. If you wanna order an omelette, you will get the most amazing omelette and not spending an enormous amount of money like you would Friendly Toast. Nowhere in the Newton area or Needham area will you find a friendly or owner? Who will know you in two days and call you a regular and know what your order is After just a few times of your visiting the restaurant. The food is fresh and always delicious You can’t go wrong for breakfast or for lunch If you want to have a great meal with friendly people all around you, you need to go to Fresco!!“

“I have been going to Bagels Best since I was a kid with my grandfather every morning after I slept over. They have had the best bagels by a long shot and I have traveled across the state to get their bagels, breakfast bagel, and smoked salmon which is spectacular! Such great food in a great establishment run by amazing people who care about their customers. Highly recommended!!“

“This is probably my favorite place in Somerville. The staff is always incredibly nice. The food is always freshly prepared and tastes amazing. Strawberry jam bars, blueberry scones, apple cider muffins, AND MOLASSES COOKIES (when available) are great. Can't go wrong with an egg, cheese & sausage pepper biscuit.“

They serve beer and wine in addition to coffee, and I wonder if there's more of a wine bar vibe in the evening. I've ordered espresso beverages a couple times and they're great.“

“I dont know what kind of dark magic they use, but their dairy and gluten free pumpkin pie is delightful! Even my picky eater kid ate two whole slices. I go at least once a month and stock up on treats which I then freeze to have on hand and its so worth the money and the drive. A beautiful café that feels so peaceful, considered and thoughtful in its every detail—the perfect place to sit with a friend, or take some time to just be alone and read a book. The co-owner Namwon has great energy. He was always really kind and welcoming to me and my boyfriend (we are from Australia, but Dado felt like a little slice of home). The food is really tasty (I could never go past their egg-salad sandwich; my partner loves the bibimbap wrap), and Dado, of course, has an amazing selection of teas. “Finally, got to try This place. They had soft Opening which was not to best. The ordering process was pretty smooth . The wait was not to long. We got the infamous Sho-Gun Matcha/Vanilla Soft Serve Mix With Edible 24K gold , Maiko Special (Parfait) Hojicha/Strawberry Mix Soft Serve and Matcha Latte Float. Everything was so rich in favor. The matcha favor is probably the best that I had so far. You can taste the quality of the soft serve. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Definitely, need to try them out“

“It was just another day of Ivy League networking for this metropolitan girl. After inhaling more liquid than I could hold (I nearly leaked myself in front of a prospect!), i sprinted to tatte’s single person restroom. A smooth man came out just in time. As I put my hand out to open the door, he said “oh no, someone’s still in there”. I quivered and stomped my right foot for two minutes in confusion until a second man exited the same restroom (were they brothers? sure looked like it!). First I wondered what they were doing together in there. Then I said to myself “hey! don’t judge, some people need help in the bathroom.” He had a big smile on his face. So did I!“

“Four Piece Suit is what makes it worth visiting! We have been following them since the 90s, when they were playing music in Tam O’Shanter pub in Brookline, MA. They gathered a huge crowd the day we saw them for the first time. We were fortunate to get in the pub because they were so famous.“

“Love a good cafe tucked inside a local bookstore like this. But this one actually takes the cafe part seriously. I’ve been to a few literary coffee spots in the city (including Cafe Zing down the street), and this place has the best food and drink selection. Plus, the layout works better here. The café area is more clearly separated from the bookstore space, which made it feel noticeably calmer and more relaxed than most spots in the city.

Like most Cambridge spots, they use Iggy’s bread for their pastries and focaccia, so the baseline quality was guaranteed. Most sandwiches come with either pesto or chili crisp mayo, and honestly, both work really well with on the focaccia. I personally preferred the chili crisp mayo (Epilogue). Even with the strong umami from the salami and cheddar, the mayo still added an extra layer of richness without overpowering anything. Drink-wise, they use good-quality local coffee brews and teas, and everything I’ve tried so far has been good.

Even without the bookstore charm, this would be a top-tier cafe. And a major bonus is that on weekdays, they offer 45-minute parking validation for the Lesley lot out back.“

It has such an amazing atmosphere, their drinks are amazing, a very cozy and warm place to hang out & staff is so kind and welcoming. no shade but if you check closely that same review was also posted a year ago trying to make this place look bad when in reality it’s completely the opposite. love you ollo, will be back soon!“
