“I’ve come here for years for the bubble tea, but recently decided to try some of their dinners and desserts. Wow – I felt like I had entered someone’s house and had been given one of the most delicious home-cooked Asian meals ever. In addition, the owner always remembers me and welcomes me in. I can’t recommend this place enough!“

“Honestly the alcohol/drinks are really good here but there were waaaay too many children running around when I went. At least 6-8 kids, I’m not sure why people are bringing children to a place where people are getting drunk, but it definitely ruined the atmosphere“

“Amazing coffee. I got the Creamy hazelnut dark chocolate latte and a bagel with cream cheese. Fantastic coffee highly recommend trying looks exactlylike the pic. The cream cheese was sweet that made the begal even better. Definitely going back next time im in Waltham.“

“Every time I come here on Sunday in the morning I order Oreo wow they tell me they don’t have boba available that it’s going to take 20 minutes to make.. this is the 4th time this had happen. And last time I. And 4 other people was there ordering drinks with the boba and got the same answer they asked then why are you open. If you know, that is your main ingredients, someone should come in 30 minutes early to make sure everything is prepped before you open. It’s very disappointing“

“Sanjeev is a top notch employee at this subway location! As someone who frequents this subway, he is always welcoming and provides great customer service. The food is also always well stocked which isn’t the case at all subways in the area.“

“Another great Jimmy John's. This location was across the street from the hotel I was staying at. My wife's and my sandwiches were prepared exactly as ordered and super fast.

I would gladly return to this location if I am in the area.“

“Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.

Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.

“This was our first time ordering online and picking up from the drive through. I must say that customizing my salad was far from intuitive. Typically a plus sign (+) means add and a minus sign (-) means subtract. Thankfully the woman at the drive through asked otherwise I would have had nothing but cilantro in my bowl - the one item I did NOT want in my salad bowl. I’m glad she took the time to ask. Now that’s great customer service - thank you! Food was as expected so I’ll certainly be back. Would love to see improvements with the online ordering.“
