“Ordered for take-out last week. Service was good. Girl behind the counter was very friendly and courteous. She took my order quickly. The restaurant was clean: No garbage or fluids on the floor. When I got my food, there were plenty of napkins and extra condiments in the bag. The meal was delicious! We had two whoppers with cheese meals. The meals were well prepared and tasted delicious! “I came to the Waltham 5 Guys on a late Tuesday night around 8 PM with a serious problem. I am a salesman in the area and because of an accident yesterday I was stranded with some of my belongings 15 minutes before I had to meet with a client. After allowing some employees to search my belongings so that they could determine I was telling the truth, they let me temporarily leave my belongings at their establishment. It was the difference between making money and not making money. I cannot thank Lester & Eddie (the gentlemen who did me the favor) of 5 Guys Waltham enough for their compassion, patience and kindness during a busy night, while still fully performing and servicing other paying customers. It is rare to find this basic humanity at corporate franchise settings. With a single act of kindness, Lester & Eddie transformed my night from one of desperation into one of joy. For that, I cannot thank them, and 5 Guys, enough.“

“I have been frequenting this McDonald's drive thru for years. The service is consistently friendly and the food consistently properly prepared. There seems to be ample parking for eating in but I've only been inside once when the drive thru line was very long and it turned out to be faster picking up the order inside. I gave the atmosphere 4/5 because the inside wasn't particularly inviting and mostly filled with teenagers who just seemed to be hanging out.“
