I came to the Waltham 5 Guys on a late Tuesday night around 8 PM with a serious problem. I am a salesman in the area and because of an accident yesterday I was stranded with some of my belongings 15 minutes before I had to meet with a client. After allowing some employees to search my belongings so that they could determine I was telling the truth, they let me temporarily leave my belongings at their establishment. Nobody in line. Ordered one burger and fries. Everyone that came after me got their order first. 25 minutes later I got mine and it wasn't even hot. Fries had way too much salt on them and burger patties are getting thinner and thinner. Everyone but the one on the grille working in slow motion. Definitely not worth over 20 dollars that I spent.
The atmosphere of five guys is very welcoming, good service. The burger and fries are really good. The price is high at $10 for just a burger but way better compared to a whopper or quarter pounder. The burger is pretty big and Highly recommend getting the extra patty to make it worth the price. The fires come in big portions.
