“One of our favorite hot chicken sandwich restaurants. Quality is impeccably consistent every time we stop by: juicy yet extremely crispy chicken, well seasoned breading, and creamy yet tangy toppings. The blend of texture and taste in every bite is undeniably delicious. We recommend Hot Chix to every friend and colleague in the area, ever since Hot Chix’s soft opening. Cheers to enjoying the best chicken sandwich in Cambridge!“
“It is the best tourist trap that locals go to...skip tasty burger or shake shack in Harvard Sq and just go to Mr Bartleys for a superior burger at a very similar price pointBiggest issue is no public restroom for a sit down place, but its the city's fault not the business“
“We stopped in an hour before closing on a Friday night. The service was quick and friendly. We just ordered the chicken caesar fries and the pulled pork mac and cheese egg rolls. The wedge fries (wish they had been shoestring) were over-fried and a little burnt, and the oil must not have been shaken off well enough because the salad on top became pretty greasy. Overall though, it had good flavor and its comparable quality to basic bar food. I would bring people here after a party or for a late night dinner, but nothing special to rave about. We'll try the burgers next time!“
“Grilled cheese was really good and hit the spot, although I do feel like it's a bit overpriced for just a plain grilled cheese ($8). I was a bit disappointed in their vegetarian options and wish they had more fun grilled cheese options without meat. The friends I was with got the green munster sandwich which they loved and said was amazing. Service was great - everyone was super friendly! I do wish they were open a bit later - on a Friday night they closed at 11.“
“We went for the arcade which was a lot of fun. They have quite a few nostalgic arcade games and great drinks (jello shots in syringes, anyone?!).There are some tables scattered around the outside edge of the room and some chairs there or stools at the bar, but the main attraction is clearly the game floor with any manner of games from the pinball machines to Mortal Kombat and TMNT and even (my favorite) Mario Kart, among plenty of others. Anyone going should probably expect to be mostly standing since, while there is seating, there isn't much.TVs line the bar area for anyone relaxing with a drink and good music. The menu had food options though we didn't have any, we'd gone for the arcade and drinks. It's definitely a fun place for a night out or a date. I'm sure I'll be back.“
“wish i could give 10 stars. first time at this location and i ordered on the tablets (along with 6 OTHER people putting orders in) and only waited exactly 7 minutes for my food (two burgers two fries 2 shakes) And everyone picking up mobile orders and walk-in orders were handled in a EXTREMELY time-responsive manner. the person manning the pickup window/counter was checking everyones name on their order and receipt. making sure the right items were inside their bags. the kitchen staff had absolutely no orders to make and they chatted for roughly 30 seconds before cleaning their stations and prepping for future orders. (everyones gotta take a quick breather now and then lol) some customers werent even out the building yet before their table was getting wiped. music is loud enough to hear, quiet enought to eat.“
“Great neighborhood bar for a beer and some eats with friends. Reasonably priced and really excellent service. It can get loud when it's full, but the windows overlooking the street make it an overall inviting and comfortable spot. Definitely recommended.“
“They have great grilled pork chop dinner. They are center cut and cooked to perfection. The fish on Friday’s is fresh and it’s good whether you get it fried or broiled. The staff there are great and friendly. You can eat on either side. One side is equipped with a full bar, 3 large TV’s and a Keno screen. The place is normally filled with neighborhood folks or people who grew up in Cambridge. It’s a great friendly atmosphere with great service and good food!“
“Stopped in for a quick drink before a show, I didn't get anything else and this spot is set up like a classic diner with a full bar. The food that passed by looked good and I was told to come back when I had more time. Maybe there will be a follow up trip in the future.“
“It's always a warm and inviting atmosphere at the Lizard Lounge. The Sunday night Open Mic / Poetry Slam is exceptional and the crowd gets involved. The trio that plays behind the performers are pure magic. Fun is had by all.Parking: There is a very small parking lot, but street parking is ample. The Lizard Lounge is also accessible by the T's Red Line with a bit of walking to get to the venue.“
“Very nice place to eat burgers, they have a vegetarian option, they have fries, onion rings, etc. Very good flavor and variety, the shape of the burger wrapper is different, they have all the sauces including mayonnaise. The prices are in line with the others between 6 and 12 dollars.“
“Today was our last day in Boston during our four day outing and we were looking for a place to end off our trip with a bang. Did not disappoint!!! The layout and vide of the restaurant is beautiful, perfect for a date night or night out with any loved ones. Our waitress, Shivahni, was amazing! She was very nice and super attentive. For appetizers, we got the cornbread and their croquettes. Both were tasty and had their unique flavors. For entree, both my mother and sister got the mushroom risotto, my father got the scallops, and i got the panini. This has to be one of the best french dip panini's out there. 100% would recommend!!! I wish they had this exact place back in Miami! When we come back, we are totally coming back here :)“
