“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

“Coming from Ireland we have little to no 'fast food' plant based options like this so I was excited to try! I got one of the regular burgers, the mac and cheese and the fries. The burger was excellent, I couldn't fault it. the Mac and Cheese was also very tasty. Not overly gone on the fries but still nice!“

“First time at Cityside last night and it was great! The Nachos were so good I wish we had gotten a large, the buffalo wings had a nice crisp to them which made them amazing. For entrees I had the fish tacos which were good but not all that and my fiancé had the cheesesteaks which can’t be compared to cheesesteaks on the North shore but still good. The drinks were good but pretty pricey. My fiancé liked every drunk he got besides the Mai Tai. It was super nice being on the roof top which made the entire night 💕 I definitely would recommend.“

“My opinion is 9.6/10. Came here because of man vs food did the 2 lbs burger. This place till this day has the juiciest burger meat I ever had was literally dripping down my arm, but not only juicy flavorful and highly enjoyable. Can't wait to try a simple hit dog. Believe it or not, people screw that up . But according to the reviews I've seen, they're done just right. “Went to downtown Boston for the afternoon and came here to grab lunch, ordered half meat and half veggie pizza. Pizza is made fresh, and is made in 10 minutes. Portions were heaping large, a large pizza fed 4 people well. Singular slices are MASSIVE, easily feeding a person. Pizza was delicious, the meat pizza is very savory and greasy, and the vegetable pizza is simply exquisite. The bell peppers and onions on the pizza are crunchy and flavorful. The drink selection is very wide and the chefs are very nice and friendly.“

“Busy burger place located next to Canopy Boston . I ordered the backyard burger and it was as expected. It was like a burger you get on the grill when you’re grilling out at home. It was a basic burger with American cheese, bread and butter pickles, and thinly sliced red onions. It also comes with fries, but you can sub for another side for a fee.“

“Perfect. This is the kind of place I can come back to! Local, historical, ethical and flavorful! We were lucky enough to get seats at the counter where you can see all the action. Food, service and atmosphere are all top notch. As an added bonus for all of you day drinkers out there, this diner has a liquor license. This place is historical and also nowhere near the Patriot Trail so if you're there you did it on purpose. I think my favorite thing was the hustle and bustle of regular folks coming in and out of the diner, including two cops who were picking up a lunch order!“

Delicious, well cooked, and well seasoned!!! I’m from the south and this is the FIRST place I have ever recommended for burgers. The decor is phenomenal!! The colors and pics on the wall.. you have to see it!! Everything from Sesame Street, Star Wars, to classic rockers are present on the walls!! The music is the perfect level!! You can talk and have as conversation, but still have background music. Something I have found is not always the case. The staff is unbelievable. I felt like I was a regular that had been going for years! The communication with ordering to hid the staff works senselessly together is an added bonus to this experience.
