“Great food and great service! I even got gluten free chicken parm and spaghetti which was excellent! They have a wonderful food and drink menu. Our server Jess was was excellent as well. The manager Nick greeted us when we came in and found us a great table by the window. So the bottom line is, this is a great restaurant and I'm so happy we found this little gem! We will be back!“

“I have lived in the Boston-esque area for twelve years and have eaten so many good meals, but the fish tacos here are the only meal I needed to have before my upcoming move out west(ern MA). Cocktails are fun and creative, service is 13/10, the XL portions of fries that require to-go boxes are the only fries I’ve ever found to reheat well, and if you’re lucky, Steve will be tending bar. I love going at the slightly quieter times but I’ll never gatekeep the euphoria experienced by a meal here. Bonus perks: Max & Chelsea have the best senses of humor, the murals on the patio are always amazing, the beer and wine selection are vast (also the mocktails!), and the decor always feels like your favorite “I Spy” book.“

There was an event on this day, but this did not affect the service time, there were a lot of people and i want to say thank you to Dmitry, sorry if i misspelled your name, this is a waiter in a black shirt who helped me with the choice from the menu, especially with dessert it was delicious, very good service! “This is the second time in one week my friend and I have chosen this restaurant as our destination for food, drinks, and merriment and we were not disappointed.The staff is a delight, both times we were greeted with a warm smile and they were very knowledgeable recommending dishes and levels of spice. The naan bread is delicious and the appetizers and entrees we ordered were amazing as well bursting with so much flavor. “Kind of a basic set up to eat in. Not much decor in this one compared to some of their other locations. The man behind the counter greeted me with a smile, I think I caught his name, Cordel! Welcoming me to Flavor BOOM! And it was flavorful! A new favorite place to stop at now.“

“The dumplings were really yummy and fresh. Our noodle soups were okay, nothing impressive though. I liked the flavor of my sour and spicy broth. It was yummy to try hand pulled noodles though hated how much they stuck together. Crab rangoons and egg rolls were really average here.“

“We hosted an event at Branch Line on June 6, 2026, and it was an amazing experience! We started planning in January (special shoutout to event director, Deena). They were accommodating, organized, and a pleasure to work with! On event day, everything was set up and ready to go. Shoutout to Merrick & the Serving team for their professionalism and all-around positive attentiveness. The food was absolutely delicious (we couldn’t get enough of the sticky ribs) and the drinks were on point.

“Okay this place is cool. BUT it is pricey for what you get. Almost $5 a plates adds up quick so I would say it’s not worth it. The ingredients seem pretty fresh, considering that they are on a conveyer belt. We did get seated fairly quickly since we had a reservation. My fave thing I tried was the toro and steak.“

“Went to lunch today and was impressed with the amazing customer service. The guy who took my order saved me $12 and then another worker, Miguel, went out of his way to be helpful to me as I was struggling with 3 cups and waiting for another customer to finish in the drinks station. Miguel got 3 lids and 3 straws for me and I didn't even need to ask for help! Later, he noticed I was carrying a couple of trays to the trash and once again he went out of his way to take the trays and put my leftovers in a container. He was very sweet and both interactions with Miguel put a big smile on my face. I'm always pleased to see others who enjoy their time at work and make customers feel good. My fiance and I both thanked Miguel and let him know that we appreciated his kindness. Hope Panera can give him some recognition as well :)“
