I didn’t even know there was a category for World’s Best Breakfast Sandwich… apparently Mike & Patty’s created it.

First up: The Fancy. That perfectly runny little yolk made me stop what I was doing and PUT DOWN MY PHONE. I know… in this day and age, that’s basically a spiritual experience.

I ate the entire sandwich and then did the only responsible thing: ordered another one. Purely for quality control. I’m basically a food scientist. 😂

Just when I thought I’d reached peak breakfast, along comes the Bfast Grilled Crack. Now I’m sitting there geekin’ out over what can only be described as fresh, delicious breakfast art.

These guys dropped the mic, pulled out all the stops, put their best foot forward… hell, insert every cliché here because they earned all of them.

Damn, this place is LEGIT.

“Short rib and Gnocchi Fra Diavolo were home runs. The kids loved the meatballs. The breadsticks were a hit with the kids too. Out of town and would definitely travel to come back. Service was great too and the manager/owner was very welcoming.“

I highly recommend the Mickey’s Chicken special and the red sangria which was a deep dark red- as sangria should be. Yum! My children loved our Irish waitress who Made them laugh and feel special. “Very busy during meal times especially on Friday night! I would personally avoid ordering more than three or four items for pick up when it's really busy as I have had items left out. I am sure they are more careful with online orders. The biang biang noodles are so yummy, but watch out if you have blood sugar control issues. Carb BOMB. The food seems to be all very oily also but that's the nature of some of their most delicious offerings like chili oil splashed noodles. My kids always ask for House of Noodles whenever they come to town. They were born and raised in Hong Kong so have had their fair share of good noodles and this ranks right up there and makes them miss Hong Kong just a little less.“

I love that their smoothies are actually smooth, sweet and pleasant to drink, especially hard to do considering how many fresh, healthy and fibrous ingredients they use. “I give this restaurant 5 stars ⭐️ We actually came here to the Four points Sheraton hotel because my husband has doctors appointments nearby. The reason for the five stars is first the ambience of the restaurant was on point and comfortable not to pretentious . We were met by the hostess and she said we could sit wherever we wanted as it was a Monday evening (early ) We started with a Guinness for my husband and I wanted a red wine . The waitress recommended a wine that was very popular Valentines evening and I wanted a Malbec . She brought me a sampler of both and then decided to go with a Cabernet on the menu and thanked her for her recommendation. We started out with the wings that were cooked to perfection along with a mesquite bbq sauce . My husband and I both ordered the Bishop Burgers . He ordered it medium well with Swiss cheese and regular fries and I ordered mine medium with Cheddar and their specialty Rosemary fries which were heavenly . This restaurant is part of the restaurant but separate. It’s a well known restaurant in the neighboring city where all walks of life go to . Jeff the owner also came by to say hello and to make sue everything was to our satisfaction. A+ all around“

“Pho Viet is one of my favorite spots in Newton Center! The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell that they care about the quality of what they serve.

The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the treatment I’ve received every time I’ve visited has always been exceptional. It’s not just a place where you go for good pho—you genuinely feel welcomed and taken care of.

“Their fattoush salad is simply the best! They use vinegar with sumac as the dressing, and that makes a huge difference. The portion is also very generous. You can order just the salad or add protein. I order the same salad every single week, and I absolutely love it!“

“So I noticed that Newton has a restaurant called Coconut Cafe, and I thought it would be funny to get a picture of a Lime Bike inside the front door, because “you put the Lime in the Coconut” and all that, so I went over there today, and the place turns out to be pretty nice and I was already feeling like this wouldn’t be a particularly polite (or funny) joke, but anyway the closest Lime Bike I could find was about a block away, and when I tried picking it up to bring it over to Coconut Cafe to maybe get a “put the lime *by* the coconut” photo instead, the bike started talking to me, saying “PLEASE PAY ME A DOLLAR AND YOU CAN RIDE ME! PLEASE PUT ME DOWN OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE! THIS IS YOUR SECOND WARNING, I AM ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE.” and I decided that this stupid joke wasn’t worth getting arrested for and at that point I was too annoyed to pay the dollar to unlock the bike to ride it a grand total of about 30 feet for a joke photo that the owner of the shop would justifiably get mad at me for anyway, so I left the bike there and just had lunch instead (Bangkok-style veggie pad thai, they told me it would take 15 minutes but then it was ready in about 1.5 minutes, so that was nice) and it was delicious. Staff scoop quickly, Ice cream is fresh and tasty. The ice cream is on the expensive side, but is rich in flavor, a bit sweet but not overly sweet, and has a great taste.

They have soft serve options as well as yogurt available, and there are many flavors available for ice cream as well.“

“They have excellent doughnuts, but we only ordered drinks today. First time trying their special drinks and it was so good! We got the blueberry cheesecake matcha and the Boston cream cold brew. The blueberry cheesecake matcha is matcha with blueberry jam and cheesecake cold foam. The Boston cream cold brew tasted like mocha cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. Both very good.
