Cacao has a warm atmosphere with soft music and incredible photography lining the walls. The owner is Dominican and has taken many of these beautiful photos themselves. The nice girl working named Sophia told me this fun fact as I waited for sweet Nathalie to whip up my iced latte. Soft, natural lighting. Cacao is a gem!“

“This has been my local Starbucks since they first opened 20+ years ago. During this time there have been many employees and managers, but I have always found the people working there to be friendly and professional.
The service is great, and since I'm there virtually every day, the team knows my drinks and preferences (no foam please!). I typically walk to this Starbucks from home, which is about a mile each way. On these recent cold days, I've appreciated having a nice hot drink to warm me up.
No matter how busy the store is, they always take a minute to ask how I'm doing and to wish me a good day, which makes the service and ambiance so much more personal than what you see in a typical fast food establishment.

Staff scoop quickly, Ice cream is fresh and tasty. The ice cream is on the expensive side, but is rich in flavor, a bit sweet but not overly sweet, and has a great taste.

They have soft serve options as well as yogurt available, and there are many flavors available for ice cream as well.“

“I'm one of the few people who don't drink coffee, but still need a place to get some work done. So I loved they had bottled coke and diet cokes. I only had pound cake, which was great. One side was super comfy with the chairs and fireplace, but the other side with the electrical outlets was a little cold.“

“Nicest employees, but please, bring back breakfast until at least 11am. No one wants to eat lunch at 10:30 in the morning. It’s very frustrating because I want to give you my business, but I have to go to Dunkin’ Donuts if I want a breakfast sandwich for breakfast because you’re only serving lunch at 10:30am.
