Ordered a hot shaved pastrami with Swiss cheese on a lightly toasted with butter everything bagel. Sooo good!!! Made fresh. The girl working the counter was super patient as I figured out what I wanted. Will go back again. Framingham location.

I used to have great sandwiches from here but today for the second time the breakfast wraps were very disappointing. They had little to no bacon and cheese that was requested.

The NY Bagel Factory in Newton is known for its delicious and authentic bagels, which come in a wide selection. The everything bagels and asiago bagels are particularly popular, filled with a generous amount of cream cheese. Customers highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches, which are large and made with fresh ingredients, with some options including 3 eggs. The coffee is top-tier, with the option to make your own iced coffee using coffee ice cubes, and a variety of flavors and syrups are available at the coffee bar. The muffins are large and satisfying, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with friendly staff who are efficient and nice. There are inside tables and bar seating, as well as outdoor tables in good weather. Customers say the bagels are good, though some find the texture similar to a thick hamburger bun. Overall, it is a recommended spot for breakfast or lunch, surpassing other bagel shops in taste and size. The online ordering system makes it easy to pick up food.
