“Very cute! It’s more of a decor store with coffee (illy coffee specifically + tea) served. There’s some small snacks available. I got the brown butter toffee late with oatmilk it was more tart from the tide but very tasty! No places to sit but the Waban hill reservoir across the street where you can walk around.
Parking: Small lot around the corner but plenty of street parking.“

“I live in Santa Monica, which is famous for friendly servers. After 8 years living there, I visited Chestnut Hill, my old neighborhood. I was shocked by how unfriendly people were.
And this morning I visited Starbucks on Chestnut Hill and a super kind young girl named ANASTASIA served me.
I was truly taken by her kindness. She needs to be praised for who she is, she made my day, with a few simple and jenioun questions.“

“I love this Dunkin so much! Everyone is so nice and kind!
Dietary restrictions: It’s nice that you’re able to get almond and oat milk!
Parking: Sometimes you can get a free spot on the street! You’ll have to walk a bit tho!“
“After a few disappointing experiences at other Nespresso stores, especially one at Prudential, I became hesitant to visit any in person and stuck to online orders. However, one day I desperately needed coffee and decided to try a new location—though I’ll admit, it was a bit challenging to find, nestled inside Bloomingdale’s.
Despite the small size of the store, I was pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked it was with all the new flavors and everything I could possibly need. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Marylin, who greeted me with warmth and professionalism. She took the time to listen to my preferences and brew me a cup of any pod of my choice. I was debating on two flavors and she brewed them both!
The entire team went above and beyond to make me feel special, and I left the store feeling truly pampered and impressed. This visit completely changed my view of Nespresso’s in-store experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Glazed Bytes Coffee is selling itself short by being tucked inside a tiny, painfully forgettable mall in Brookline. The coffee itself? Not forgettable at all.
We ordered two Cloud Foam Lattes (I think that was the name), and that foam was ridiculous in the best way possible. It sits somewhere between an absurdly fluffy marshmallow and canned whipped cream, except smoother, creamier, and somehow lighter at the same time. I genuinely have no idea how they made foam feel “luxurious”, but there we are.
The coffee underneath actually held its own too. Strong flavour, unique profile, not just another Instagram café trying to survive off aesthetics and oat milk. Properly good coffee.
Honestly, the mall needs them more than they need the mall. Places like this drive foot traffic way harder than another random clothing shop nobody remembers walking into. More food spots. More cafés. More reasons for people to actually stay there.
Really good spot. Hidden gem energy.“
