Omg cannot express how delicious they were. The lox is perfectly smoked. The bagels are Infused with jalapeños and cheddar, not just toppings. And they are the perfect fluffy but sturdy texture. The staff were bubbly and warmWill definitely be saving as a new favorite!♡“

Nespresso Boutique Bloomingdales Chestnut Hill Coffee • $$
225 Boylston St, Chestnut Hill

“Conveniently or inconveniently(?) located inside Bloomingdale’s.The staff are helpful and patient. Some of the customers are rude and pushy — so all the more reason to applaud the staff, except they are poor at addressing people to move. Furthermore, customers that have made a decision are at the mercy of those in line still making decisions and requests. This is perplexing. Especially for a decisive person. This adds to the annoyance factor. As well, the sampling/tasting area should be at the other end of the counter to relieve congestion. What is not obvious is the service queue and how to line up. This results in disgruntled and confused customers. To alleviate this problem, set up stanchion poles with ropes and signs that say, “line forms here,” or, “…enter here for service.”Just a suggestion ;-) I dare the manager to respond. I will go to another location next time!“

“This Dunkin' is PACKED all the time, understandably because it's right across Boston College. I usually do on the go ordering on the dunkin app to expedite the process. Also, all the baked goods are usually gone by the time it hits noon. The coffee is your standard Dunkin', but sometimes the coffee beans taste a little burnt, so it's hit or miss. Service is good and usually quick!“

“The employees here are so nice. I recently ordered a drink at a different location and it didn’t taste right (maybe there was something wrong with the espresso machines). I was going to toss it but it was a $5 drink so I stopped at this location. Not only did they remake it, they gave me a card for a free drink. I know they are slammed in the morning so I really appreciate this.“

“A nice place for a quick snack or small meal between stops. Located in the Brigham Medical Building at 850 Boylston, the location of the lobby and near the restrooms is convenient. The staff during my visit was polite and professional, in particular the cashier and shift manager. The cashier was helping others between patron cash outs and was helpful in finding lemons for my tea. The young man, who appeared to be the shift manager, was organized, friendly, helping staff, and filling in to see small tasks were done. The food appeared to have fresh ingredients and during my 7 AM visit staff was seen preparing fresh prepackaged items for the day. There were ample and varied of items for different customer tastes and dietary needs. The prices were moderate, but in line for a health care facility. The quality was markedly better than the other sites I have visited at medical facilities. In all, a good choice.“

“Been here many times. I legit think the French toast here is the best I've ever had (and I have had a lot of French toast). It's so perfectly fried, and there are many delicious topping choices. My favorite I've tried is the seasonal pumpkin one in the fall. Bit of a sweetness overload though, can't finish it all. But hot tip: they do half portions of French toast so you can combine it with something savory. I also like their sandwiches, biscuits, and home fries. Despite a lot of love for their pancakes, I'd say they are just fine. Mixed experiences with service are making me dock a star. Sometimes they are very slow and inattentive. Even with reservations, they sometimes make you wait a good bit for a table. I guess it makes sense since this place is SO busy. Without reservations, the wait on weekends is insane. So def recommend making one or coming on a weekday.“
