My daughters and I (I’m a physician) were just at the Chestnut Hill mall location having a snack. One of my daughters felt very ill and I opened up a bottled water to give her. She then suddenly needed to find a bathroom. The staff and manager refused to let me pay for the water without waiting in a very long line. Based on the reviews, the Starbucks Coffee Company location has very nice and obliging staff, including a manager with pink hair who is friendly, professional, and brings positive energy. The customer service is always great, with one barista being especially nice for providing a venti water and another perfectly toasting two double smoked bacon sandwiches. The drinks are made perfectly and service is quick, with one order ready within 3 minutes. The location is great, right next to a Wegmans and other stores, making it nice for a treat while shopping. The vibe is great overall, and a message on a cup made a customer's day. However, the seats were all taken during one visit.
