I think this location can work on improving in certain areas. Service is slow. Sometimes during lunch, there would be only one person in the store and that slows down service time. My drinks and food always comes out different everytime I order. There's no consistency unlike other location that I go to. I usually like to get a frozen coffee and the loaded hash brown. Dunkin' is a welcoming and friendly restaurant with good food, refreshers, and coffee. The staff is generally friendly, and the place, including the bathrooms, is clean. Parking is available through street metered parking or a metered parking lot across the street. The service is consistently on point, and the wait time is not too bad.
