“There is a reason there is a line at this place. Their lattes / matcha are wonderful. Strawberry Matcha with real strawberries. Quality ingredients, made to perfect proportions for a great beverages. Will update when I try their baked goods.“

“Great coffee, and their seasonal drinks are always creative and delicious. I've been going here for years, it's one of the best around.

This location was excellent under its 2023 era management. Service has slipped since then, with less care from the baristas taking orders and making drinks, but it's still a great cafe overall.

Bonus points: No upcharge for non-dairy milk.
No penalty for being lactose intolerant or plant-based, which is how it should be everywhere.“

“Very kind baristas. Prices are reasonable for such a chic place. Offers ample, cozy seating with coworking options as well. We had the hibiscus iced tea (acidity on point as I find some in-house hibiscus to be too sour), the eggplant crisp (comes with chips! bonus points), and the ube coconut cookie (very cool blue color, taste is stronger on the coconut side). Love the vibe. Super comfy. Just hoping for more vegetarian sandwhich options!“

“my usual go to starbucks on the weekends although this morning I wasn't very happy with having to wait 10-15 min for my drinks after my food order came out very quickly. the place wasn't even busy! 5 people behind the place and only one person making drinks one person taking orders one person making food orders. the other two walking around aimlessly. the barista making the drinks decided it was a good time to make himself an espresso as he started making my refreshers and when he drank it it dribbled from his mouth all over his shirt so he had to stop what he was doing to go clean up. not even a sorry about the wait after he put my drinks on the bar for pick up. also why are employees parking in the 2-hour customer parking spots, the signage suggests those are for customers only who I going to be there for 2 hours or less. considering it's a very small parking lot for customers I don't think employees should be parking there and taking up the space.“

“A very solid Dunkin' with extremely fast service and ample seating. I had the breakfast sausage sandwich on a croissant, whose butteriness hit the spot, and a hot pumpkin spice latte, which was a bit too sweet for me but good, coming in a nice holiday cup.“

“It is a nice new location. Food is the same as every other location. I was a bit surprised by a shorter than usual list of drink optios offered, but I didn't ask for anything off the list, so I don't know, if they could have made something different.“

I accidentally mobile ordered to a different location, but the employees were super helpful and efficient in helping to figure out the problem. I reordered my iced latte, and it turned out perfectly! The location itself is very clean, and every employee I interacted with was very sweet. I recommend!!“

“Oct2022: 4⭐: I would recommend visiting this location if you are shopping in the location. I was in the department store shopping and came across this location. Some of my family members decided to try the specialty drinks. I got tea, they each selected a coffee of some kind. They were happy to receive the drink and enjoyed the beverage. We are on vacation in the area and selected some pastries as well. The personnel were fine during our visit. The drinks and pastries were pretty good too.“
