“Been here a couple times now and it's a necessary stop on the way to the library (where they have an in-house cafe too!). Drinks are delightful and fun and not too sweet. There really isn't any seating so it's mostly a take-out spot but the library has outdoor seating :)“

“My coffee was really good (I ordered a cappuccino). The other real star is the sitting area. Comfy soft rocking chairs around a (gas) fire with big glass windows all around. Staff was also super friendly. The food was ok. Pastries mostly made elsewhere. I didn’t try a sandwich. I was here in April 2026, they’d been open 7 months. This is my new go to place when I’m waiting for Direct Tire to finish my car.“

“Always loved the staff and vibe here. They've never failed and always make the community a better place especially in an elitist sort of area like this.

Just really disheartened the mocha went up to $7.50 before tax, I cannot believe it after so many years of reasonable pricing.

As someone who splits their time between Watertown / Cambridge and Seattle in Washington state, I have yet to find another cafe crafted mocha set at the price of $7.50 between both coasts.“

“my usual go to starbucks on the weekends although this morning I wasn't very happy with having to wait 10-15 min for my drinks after my food order came out very quickly. the place wasn't even busy! 5 people behind the place and only one person making drinks one person taking orders one person making food orders. the other two walking around aimlessly. the barista making the drinks decided it was a good time to make himself an espresso as he started making my refreshers and when he drank it it dribbled from his mouth all over his shirt so he had to stop what he was doing to go clean up. not even a sorry about the wait after he put my drinks on the bar for pick up. also why are employees parking in the 2-hour customer parking spots, the signage suggests those are for customers only who I going to be there for 2 hours or less. considering it's a very small parking lot for customers I don't think employees should be parking there and taking up the space.“

“Oct2022: 4⭐: I would recommend visiting this location if you are shopping in the location. I was in the department store shopping and came across this location. Some of my family members decided to try the specialty drinks. I got tea, they each selected a coffee of some kind. They were happy to receive the drink and enjoyed the beverage. We are on vacation in the area and selected some pastries as well. The personnel were fine during our visit. The drinks and pastries were pretty good too.“

“A very solid Dunkin' with extremely fast service and ample seating. I had the breakfast sausage sandwich on a croissant, whose butteriness hit the spot, and a hot pumpkin spice latte, which was a bit too sweet for me but good, coming in a nice holiday cup.“

“Clean, quick and friendly service on a Sunday morning. I’ve visited this location for a few years now and the Starbucks app still has the WRONG pin on the map but the right street address.

“I go to a lot of different Dunkin’s in the area and this one is my favorite. I get refreshers with protein milk a lot and this is the only one where it doesn’t curdle. Every other Dunkin I’ve ever been to the milk ends up looking gross (tastes fine but looks awful) thank you to this Dunkin you are my favorite to go to!! The people are also always so nice as well“

“I just wanted to leave a review for Sintayehu at Dunkin. She was working alone and still managed to handle everything so quickly and professionally. We ordered around 5 coffees, and she made them super fast while staying kind, patient, and friendly the whole time. You could tell she was working really hard, and she still gave amazing customer service. Employees like Sintayehu deserve recognition!“
