“Tucked away in a quiet residential area straddling Cambridge and Watertown, Intelligentsia Coffee offers a great cafe experience with an excellent selection of pastries and coffee.I’ve been coming here for the past few months to get some work done on the weekends. From their drinks, my go-to is their Avena latte. It's a medium-bodied blend, surprisingly light, with a bold cayenne kick that somewhat eclipses the subtler vanilla and cinnamon notes. As a latte enthusiast, it still captures my palate.Besides their good coffee, I like that they have a rotating selection of pastries sourced from some of my favorite local bakeries like Sodoko and La Saison. Another perk is their free parking lot, a rare find in the city. It’s designated for takeout customers, but there are still plenty of street parking available nearby. While its location might not be the most accessible, Intelligentsia Coffee is well worth the drive for anyone seeking a coffees shop experience in a cozy, welcoming environment.Parking: Free 20 minute parking for takeout customers“
“A good place to stop in for a coffee and to hang out for a little while. I worked remotely from here for maybe half an hour before I had to meet someone and then another time I ordered online and picked up service was efficient and friendly. Lots of natural light and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.“
“?☕ I was presently surprised by how delicious the iced latte here was. This is one of the best lattes I've had in a while. So far I've stopped at 7 coffee shops in the Boston area and this one had the best coffee. Update: stopped in one more time before heading out of town. Excellent.Hole in the wall third wave coffee shop, for taking your coffee in the go (but two stools remain if you want to take a seat). The espresso was a lighter roast with excellent notes. Fresh made pastries was very good as well. Blueberry lemon scone and banana bread are great.Vanilla lattes use simple syrup with some vanilla bean powder. Unique and great.“
