I go to this location a lot and have been for a very long time. I’ve seen a lot of great employees come and go and haven’t had a negative customer service experience yet.While the parking can get very tight there is a lot of space. Service is fast my only issue is the drive threw. The one that doesn’t exist it was built for a drive threw and due to zoning issue it never happened. I would like a drive threw in this area as there aren’t any.
Service can be slow at times, even when not busy. However, the staff are nice and the things, when they do come, are always right. As a result, I docked a star for inconsistent service times but everyone else is very good. Plus, it helps they have their own parking lot, which means no dangerous double parking to run in and grab something.

It's one of the best Dunkin stores in Boston area. It's in a convenient location with plenty parkings. Clerks are friendly and locals seem to love this one. I like its cozy atmosphere with well arrayed seating. Next time I will try eating in.
