Maybe not try to tell the customers their tastebuds must of changed because you cant admit you made a drink incorrectly. This store is terrible
Restocking the shop past 1 a.m. on a weeknight? Can you not manage your time better? This Starbucks is a terrible neighbor.
I waited 15 minutes for a black child brew coffee .... didn't even get it, got a refund and left. you should show respect to your customers in the store instead of mobile orders for people who aren't there yet. A BLACK COLD BREW. !

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has a friendly and kind staff that is efficient and correct on orders. The team consistently goes above and beyond with care and professionalism. The workers handle mean customers well. One staff member, Yuliana, remade an order after a customer messed up and ordered at the wrong store. However, one employee was very short on the phone and assured a customer the store had a specific item, but it was not there, wasting time and gas. The customers here are really mean. It is a pretty decent-sized Starbucks with a mid size seating area, ok seats, and ample plugs. There are always seats available. It is one of the better ones in the area for remote work, though not like the original coffee house experience. A pistachio latte is not available anytime of the year.
