It's one of the best Dunkin stores in Boston area. It's in a convenient location with plenty parkings. Clerks are friendly and locals seem to love this one. I like its cozy atmosphere with well arrayed seating. Next time I will try eating in.

The lack of awareness is shocking ! Why Do all of the employees not know its unsanitary to scratch their face and heads then proceed to handle food ? Do I even mention that when restocking beverages in the cooler, they're suppose to rotate all items . Avoid the restrooms .. They haven't been cleaned in weeks !

Ordered my one single sandwich online 25-30min in advance hoping I can just walking and pick it up. Nope… order wasn’t ready and not even a slight apology. Bad service, bad attitude, and unprofessional.
