“I live in Bar Harbor, Maine, and one of my guests staying with us offered me a homemade bagel from this establishment. It's one of the best poppy seed bagels I've had in a long time, and the homemade chive cream cheese pairs so perfectly with the smoked salmon. It made my day eating this bagel after work. I love lox. It's one of the sweetest gifts a guest has ever given me. 💕 When I travel the coast looking at lighthouses this winter, this bagel shop will definitely be on my places to stop. Alan is a great supporter and saleman! I'm happy to have met him and have him as one of my guests. Great memory, I'll keep with me. Thanks Alan 😊😊“

“I ordered a Power Boost bowl through DoorDash and overall the bowl itself was delicious. Upon receiving it, I discovered it contained walnuts (which I have an allergy to) and the ingredient info on DoorDash did not list walnuts. I reached out to the store and they immediately updated the ingredient info and offered to remake the bowl, which I really appreciated.

After looking into this further, my bigger concern is with DoorDash. There is currently no option during the ordering process to list a food allergy or request an ingredient be removed. The only note option available relates to substitutions if an item is unavailable, not allergy information.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, I would highly recommend ordering directly through the store rather than through DoorDash so you can communicate those concerns directly and the restaurant can handle them accordingly because the bowl itself is absolutely worth trying!“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! Thank you all for turning my grumpy morning (I had forgotten my coffee at home, which was the whole reason I went in there in the first place) into a lovely day!“

“The workers there are always kind and cordial but the food quality is never consistent. My go to order is a wake up wrap and some mornings they are simply in edible. This morning my wake up wrap was smushed and the tortilla wrap had hardened so I could not close the wrap and it just crumbled all over my lap. It was also dripping with oil, I felt physically disgusted. I have held off on writing a review many times as this is the Dunkin's closest to my house but I would rather drive a little further now seeing as this is constantly an issue.“
