“I really like this cake shop and have been here several times. The cakes are really nice—light, elegant, and not too sweet, with very delicate flavors. The bread is also great and all very reasonably priced.

The staff are friendly and polite, and I always leave with a good impression. If you’re nearby, it’s easy to stop by since there’s street parking along the road.

It’s a French pâtisserie, but I’d especially recommend it to Japanese customers as well—the flavors feel very familiar and approachable.“

“This has amazing hot chocolate. Worth trekking too on an 80 degree humid day. The hot chocolate is creamy, smooth, rich, and sweet. The gentlemen who made mine was very kind and friendly, possibly the owner? A few more people behind me ended up asking for hot chocolate as well. I highly recommend this place, which also has a great food selection as well!

“I've been going to Ovenbird for over a year now. The staff are always kind and the food and drinks are always delicious! I would especially recommend the strawberry rhubarb hand pies. Also, if you're visiting the Acton Farmers' Market, be sure to check if Ovenbird is there that day.“

“Come here for some coffee and a pastry. It’s hot out so I got an iced maple latte, was delicious and just perfectly sweet enough without being overly sugary. I also had a cardamom swirl that I inhaled before I took a picture of, it was very clearly baked in house. So flakey and soft. I got a strawberry jam bun to go and ate it later. Also amazing. I will definitely be coming back because everything so good.“

The service is good and fast. The lattes are well made. My favourites are coffee walnut cake and Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich.
All the bakery items are delicious and they have seasonal specials too.
You can sit here and talk to your friends for hours, or quietly work in a corner. There’s no unnecessary loud music to disturb you.

“this Duncan is in the most awkward spot of the town. The entrance is very weird. The parking lot is very narrow upon walking inside. Notice employees are scattering around like they don’t have a destination or assigned locations. This Dunkins definitely needs to be improved. Highly suggest manager talk to employees and have them placed in designated locations to perform work efforts. it’s very important that you have your employees understand that their job is to be placed at certain locations of the building so this way your employees are not scattering around. I sat inside the store for a half an hour and watch your workers do their job as I do Google reviews based on negative reviews which draws my attention to the location when I had walked in I was not greeted as it’s very important to greet every customer that walks in through your doors even when you are working the registers, it’s very important for the register employee to acknowledge new customers or any customer coming in to greet them as they are attending to another very important to greet customers as you are attending another to show that you are appreciated the thought of them coming into your location and welcome them in with hospitality as I watch your workers. Your workers were not designated and we’re trying to perform other employees task. Hope to come back and see that there are some changes.“
