“Local and cash only (or venmo too now) coffee shop with sandwiches and delicious pastries. I usually get a hot or iced coffee and a coffee roll - the big size is great to bring home to share since it's the size of my face! Delicious.Everyone is so nice here, and often people are sitting here chatting over food and drinks.They have indoor and outdoor seating and are right across from the 80 bus stop which is convenient for me. There is also a book store and other food places to stop by if you want to make a morning or afternoon adventure here.“
“The best one! I grab a quick breakfast/lunch on days when I have no time (which is more days than I want to admit). My 4 year old also likes it when we grab a donut here. If I take her to a sit down place for dinner, she will say that she wished we were going to Dunkin Donuts. Everything is quickly, and the employees always tell me hello and wish me a good day! I'm not a coffee drinker, but there's plenty here for me to choose from.“
“Bubble nation has quality freshly made tea and it is so delicious! The pre-made powder stuff just doesn’t cut it for me. The bubbles are always perfectly cooked too! Highly recommend to all my boba loving friends as they never disappoint“
“The place serves good but average donuts, the best donuts in my experience is the Boston kreme at 1.58$ and a coffee roll which the best value for its size at 2$ for 50% bigger donuts and a lot of flavour, keep an eye out for suspicious people as a druggie came in once and harassed a kid“

I suspect this delightful place will put the I-won't-name-it competitor just next door out of business very soon! It is centrally located by many delightful locations, including the historic Regent Theatre which is just around the corner!“

Staff are friendly and quick and the atmosphere is vibrant and lively. Hand pies and savory croissants are my favorites, but the scones and sweet croissants are also to die for!“
