“This has to be the absolute best Dunkin donuts in the state. They have wonderful workers there Aziz and loubna are the owners and they make sure that everything is cleaned every day. They have some incredible workers Corey and lance work mostly on night and make sure my coffee is always perfect. I've never had a problem with anyone . You also have Ram who does a lot of the cooking in the morning and he is fast as heck . I haven't gone to another dunks since I started going there 9 years ago .. that's how much I appreciate their service and their attention to detail and the perfection of their work. “This has to be the best dunkin in all of Massachusetts. They gave me and my friends free donuts. The Staff there were super nice especially Shawn. He was super nice. If your reading this Shawn thank you a lot. Also it is in a great location. It just got remodeled and looks super new and modern. I am not glazing or getting paid by them it is actually REALLY good. Definitely a great stop to get some donuts at. (And free water)“

“I would give this Winchester, Massachusetts Dunkin' location 100 plus stars if given the option. This restaurant was very neat, clean and well-organized. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The service was impeccable. And the quality of my drink and my friend's drink was top-notch. My large hot coffee was so tasty, delicious and served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. My friend's hot Matcha Latte was so amazingly tasty, delicious, and also served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. The cashier was very friendly, patient, efficient, and did an awesome job loading my Dunkin' card on my app, taking my order, and serving me. I was extremely impressed by this Dunkin' located in Winchester, Massachusetts.

“The donuts are amazing but this review is for Ruben, the manager at the Rt 1 location. I had to travel for business today and it happens to also be my son’s 15th birthday. Because my son has celiac disease, options for baked goods is limited, especially when your plane lands at 6:30pm on the big day and gluten free options aren’t known to last long once baked. Unfortunately, living in Southern New Hampshire, delivery via UberEats or GrubHub wasn’t an option But, being a father himself, Ruben kindly offered to deliver them personally after work. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. To those reading this, please leave an extra big tip for Ruben next time you stop in. I sure will be.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “One can’t tell a book by its cover. The place could use a facelift as it’s an old dinner, but the new owners are lovely and always smiling. The coffee roll is like eating a sweet cloud, it’s so light and wonderful. The donuts are so fresh and the blackberry filled are amazing. The blueberry cheesecake matcha is matcha with blueberry jam and cheesecake cold foam. The Boston cream cold brew tasted like mocha cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. Both very good.
