“This has to be the absolute best Dunkin donuts in the state. They have wonderful workers there Aziz and loubna are the owners and they make sure that everything is cleaned every day. They have some incredible workers Corey and lance work mostly on night and make sure my coffee is always perfect. I've never had a problem with anyone . You also have Ram who does a lot of the cooking in the morning and he is fast as heck . I haven't gone to another dunks since I started going there 9 years ago .. that's how much I appreciate their service and their attention to detail and the perfection of their work. “I would give this Winchester, Massachusetts Dunkin' location 100 plus stars if given the option. This restaurant was very neat, clean and well-organized. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The service was impeccable. And the quality of my drink and my friend's drink was top-notch. My large hot coffee was so tasty, delicious and served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. My friend's hot Matcha Latte was so amazingly tasty, delicious, and also served at the perfect temperature for a reasonable price. The cashier was very friendly, patient, efficient, and did an awesome job loading my Dunkin' card on my app, taking my order, and serving me. I was extremely impressed by this Dunkin' located in Winchester, Massachusetts.

“The donuts are amazing but this review is for Ruben, the manager at the Rt 1 location. I had to travel for business today and it happens to also be my son’s 15th birthday. Because my son has celiac disease, options for baked goods is limited, especially when your plane lands at 6:30pm on the big day and gluten free options aren’t known to last long once baked. Unfortunately, living in Southern New Hampshire, delivery via UberEats or GrubHub wasn’t an option But, being a father himself, Ruben kindly offered to deliver them personally after work. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. Was still a phenomenal donut with a pillowy inside that was packed with flavor. I’m pretty sure we got a lemon coconut brioche one. Also ordered a hot chai and latte, both of which were amazing in flavor as well. Note that certain drinks you add sugar to yourself which makes it very customizable to each person’s liking. “Sure, it’s a small “pop-up” as other have noted. That’s not the point, they’re not here for a walk-in, sit down, and lounge while you drink coffee and eat one of their donuts. They’ve got a wide variety of selections, both for those with and without dairy allergies. That alone is hard to find. Add to that that both offerings are amazing in proportion and taste makes it even harder to find. Ignore the negative reviews, take a chance and you’ll be happy you went.“
