“Let there be…space! Most dunks in Brighton or any Bostonian neighbor/suburb are unable to fit my left leg never mind my hyperactive children! This dunks was a little different and allows space to breathe! Imagine that, people aren’t breathing directly on your donut or breakfast sandwich! Plus it was clean and the staff were all they need to be. While it’s nice to have that overly nice cashier at times, there are other times that you just want your damn coffee! Lol“

“I usually get there near closing time (wish they had longer hours) they are the best Dunkin in the area. The guy and the women that work at that time are the best, they always make sure everything is correct and always made perfect, even when its a big order for multiple people and I get there last minute, If anyone ever deserved a raise for representing the business they work as the best of all locations for customers its the late evening crew at this location.“

“The donuts are amazing but this review is for Ruben, the manager at the Rt 1 location. I had to travel for business today and it happens to also be my son’s 15th birthday. Because my son has celiac disease, options for baked goods is limited, especially when your plane lands at 6:30pm on the big day and gluten free options aren’t known to last long once baked. Unfortunately, living in Southern New Hampshire, delivery via UberEats or GrubHub wasn’t an option But, being a father himself, Ruben kindly offered to deliver them personally after work. This man went above and beyond, first driving home to pick up his kids. You see, his wife needed to get to her job so he brought his kids along for the adventure. In addition, he refused all forms of tipping despite my repeated insistence. He explained that he hopes someone would do the same for his kids if he was in my position and, as the manager, he felt compelled to make it happen. Ruben, you’re an angel, one in a million, an amazing human! I hope you receive back the blessing you bestowed on me and my son 10-fold! Thank you isn’t enough. “Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “I had an amazing experience at this bakery! I bought the Dubai chewy cookies with cheese and monuts, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced.

What really stood out was the staff — they were incredibly kind and patient, explaining every single product in detail and helping me choose. You can really feel the passion and care behind both the service and the baked goods.

Now I randomly crave donuts at 8 pm when they’ve already closed and I have to (impatiently) wait until the next morning. Anyway - these are the best, softest donuts I’ve ever had and you have to try them too. Plus the staff is super friendly and the coffee is great!“

The egg wasn’t my favorite (tastes microwaved), but the donuts were fantastic, and the consideration was above and beyond (one of the gentleman even brought me napkins without me asking).

“I come here every so often. Just a local doughnut shop where you can also buy scratch tickets/tobacco. My go-to is the glazed chocolate. Relatively smaller doughnut but it is just the right size if you don't want to feel too guilty. Service is always excellent but I never tried any of the breakfast sandwiches.“

Blackbird employees are always so friendly and welcoming as well, which is also appreciated. Blackbird also delivers through DoorDash, and the donuts are always delivered fresh.
