They have excellent doughnuts, but we only ordered drinks today. First time trying their special drinks and it was so good! We got the blueberry cheesecake matcha and the Boston cream cold brew. The blueberry cheesecake matcha is matcha with blueberry jam and cheesecake cold foam. The Boston cream cold brew tasted like mocha cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. Both very good. Will be back to try more

Close to a T station (Newton Centre GL). Parking can be difficult, have meters. Busy roads.
The entrance door is not automatic.
Hard flooring.
Place is not as busy at times. There are seats available but are high top. Music plays. Prices can be high. No public restroom inside.

The staff, while sometimes appearing disinterested, are able to provide adequate service and are often friendly and welcoming. Parking is convenient with plenty of metered spots available, and the location is in front of the commuter rail station, making it great to grab a bite or drink before heading to Boston. Blackbird Doughnuts is known for the incredible flavors of their donuts, which are light, fluffy, and delicious, with favorites including vanilla glaze, everything donut, and the Apple fritter. They also occasionally offer savory tarts and special pride donuts every June. Additionally, Blackbird delivers through DoorDash, ensuring the donuts arrive fresh.
