Under new ownership, the food is absolutely delicious and refreshed, with high quality, fresh ingredients and outstanding presentation. Personal favorites include the cranberry infused vodka, Borscht, Blini, syrnitki dessert, and herring with onions and potatoes. The service is top-notch and outstanding; waiters are kind, professional, and capable, with one remembering a five-person order without writing it down and going above and beyond to recommend dishes. A server named Nikolai treated a family with exceptional kindness, finding regular mustard for a son with autism and ensuring he had salmon and tomatoes, making the family feel like a second home. The atmosphere is wonderfully fun and exciting, with live music and great singers on Saturday nights and a Super Bowl watch party. It is not usually a quiet place, as Russians like to party. Staff and visitors are super respectful and friendly. The birthday jubilee celebration was wonderful, with excellent food, beautiful decor, and an effortless, unforgettable night. Highly recommended.
