“In a service station. 2 Brazilian Staff had trouble underage my order and made mistakes entering it. We took our time amd verified and corrected 3 times since i was the only customer. Could be very tricky in crowded times or if you need clarification on options, orders or food limitations and allergies.

“I have been to over a 100 different dunks while traveling through New England. I come in here every Friday at 1:45 as a little treat to end the work week.The worker who makes the ice coffees here makes the best ice coffee I’ve had out of any of the dunks I’ve been to. I don’t know how to explain it it’s just always perfectly made every Friday. Bagels and donuts r normal dunks bagels and donuts. But if u like ice coffee this is the place to go.“

“Just went here for the first time ever and WOW! First off, omg amazing donuts - I've had a lot of donuts and these are sooo good, they have just moved to the top of my book! Second, everyone in there (and waiting on the sidewalk) was so friendly! It is like this place emits good vibes and puts everyone in a good mood. A truly wonderful experience! Oh and third, surprisingly good coffee - you never know what you are going to get from a basic drip coffee maker but it was good! “I love this place. They make their boba with real fruit. The passiontfruit green tea is the most amazing thing with chewy bubbles and crunchy passionfruut seeds. The fruit overload has berry, lychee and passionfruut in green tea and it's so pretty I don't eve. want to drink it! They also have mochi donuts with are really good also. “It’s like an old school dunks in here. Always filled with folks hanging out gossiping over coffee. It’s clean. They’re always fast and accurate. The staff is friendly. The gentleman with the longer dark hair really seems to enjoy is his job and will banter with the regulars, he’s really kind and personable.

“As a lifelong Dunkin fan, I was happy to find this location so close to my job in Sudbury. There is another Dunkin that is a little closer to where I work, but I drive the extra couple minutes to this one because it’s the best of the best. This has to be my all-time favorite location. The staff is exceptional. They are so friendly and courteous to every person who walks in their doors, and they truly work to brighten the days of their regulars. It’s so nice to go in and be greeted each day by name and have them remember little things about me. The store is always clean and does an incredible business. “This has to be the absolute best Dunkin donuts in the state. They have wonderful workers there Aziz and loubna are the owners and they make sure that everything is cleaned every day. They have some incredible workers Corey and lance work mostly on night and make sure my coffee is always perfect. I've never had a problem with anyone . You also have Ram who does a lot of the cooking in the morning and he is fast as heck . I haven't gone to another dunks since I started going there 9 years ago .. that's how much I appreciate their service and their attention to detail and the perfection of their work. “Went to get Dunkin on a walk, I don’t usually go to this location, but it was on the way! The manager, Junior, was so incredibly welcoming and even gave me a hat when I asked if they were giving them away! He truly made my day and is a huge asset to the team. If he goes that above and beyond for customers, I can only imagine how well he treats his employees!!!“

“Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.

Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.

“The workers there are always kind and cordial but the food quality is never consistent. My go to order is a wake up wrap and some mornings they are simply in edible. This morning my wake up wrap was smushed and the tortilla wrap had hardened so I could not close the wrap and it just crumbled all over my lap. It was also dripping with oil, I felt physically disgusted. I have held off on writing a review many times as this is the Dunkin's closest to my house but I would rather drive a little further now seeing as this is constantly an issue.“
