They always get my order correct and are consistently able to attend to all customers needs during busy mornings.Jacob does a fantastic job in the afternoon. He’s A+ customer service and always gets my order correct - even if it’s just him working with many customers coming all at once.Millie and Diane are a great team on Sunday mornings. They do an amazing job. And whenever Shain is working, he always makes great drinks and prepares food very well and is extremely personable.“
“I just wanted to take the time to give appreciation and recognition to Alex who works at this Dunkin Donuts. He is always making sure his customers are satisfied even in hectic busy situations. My orders have been messed up a few times and every time I went back inside, Alex fixed my order and then some. He always throws in extra hash browns or a donut to make up for the mistake. Whenever he is working my food comes out the best. He is a very kind guy with great customer service and I think he should be recognized for this. He always has a big smile on no matter the circumstances. I noticed a lot of new employees and I can see where that can be stressful but Alex keeps his composure. I come here almost every morning and he always makes my day.“
“I have been to over a 100 different dunks while traveling through New England. I come in here every Friday at 1:45 as a little treat to end the work week.The worker who makes the ice coffees here makes the best ice coffee I’ve had out of any of the dunks I’ve been to. I don’t know how to explain it it’s just always perfectly made every Friday. Bagels and donuts r normal dunks bagels and donuts. But if u like ice coffee this is the place to go.“
“I have reached donut heaven. I have had donuts in all 50 states and never have any of them been on par with a Honey Dew Donut. The staff was very friendly. "Rick" the sales representative at the counter let me sample some of the donuts by licking the icing and then putting them back on the shelf for sale. Nice guy.“
“Some other review said it better, but this Dunkin' location is a step above the rest because they make the donuts fresh here. It makes a big difference if you are a donut lover; they are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better made at location rather than being shipped in. The food and drinks are the same as other locations. I will say I haven't had an order messed up once and I come here at least once a week on the way to work. The staff are nice and even entertaining with their banter. They have a rapport with lots of customers who come through too. You will have a pleasant time at this Dunks!“

The coffee drinks are good but don't overlook that ice cream!Just bear in mind that this Dunkin does not have a drive-thru.Parking: Lot is small probably holds about 10 cars and every now and then during the morning Rush you may not be able to get a space“

“I came to try the cookies and cream butter donut and cookie monster mochi donuts. They didn't have the blue butter donut so I got the Ube one. I didn't like it with the coco shreds on top and the consistency wasn't as good either, maybe because it was gluten free I'm not sure, but the mochi donuts were ??, cookies and cream may be the best one I've had anywhere, would definitely come back for it and hopefully they'll have the big blue one.“
“So good! Nice range of flavors. We had a milk chocolate and a lemon poppyseed today after a free sample of cinnamon sugar. The waffles looked amazing - definitely have to try next time. Staff were so friendly and the space is cheerful and bright.“
