This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our coffee’s have been great but the GREAT customer service really matters to me.I look forward to going to this DD now each day. Hsu thank you for being such a ray of sunshine!!!

The morning crew is the best, very welcoming and fast. I’ve had an issue with the afternoon shift person working she is awful never gets my coffee right and when I ask for it to be corrected she rolls her eyes at me. I go out of my way and go to another dd just to prevent dealing with her. Today I stopped by after work not thinking about her since I had not been there in a long time.
