“As a lifelong Dunkin fan, I was happy to find this location so close to my job in Sudbury. There is another Dunkin that is a little closer to where I work, but I drive the extra couple minutes to this one because it’s the best of the best. This has to be my all-time favorite location. The staff is exceptional. They are so friendly and courteous to every person who walks in their doors, and they truly work to brighten the days of their regulars. It’s so nice to go in and be greeted each day by name and have them remember little things about me. The store is always clean and does an incredible business. Even when it’s at peak times, the store is well-staffed so you never have to wait long for your order.“

“I arrived by bike. This place is near the bike path. I was able to sit and keep an eye on it while I had coffee and pastry. There was plenty of available seating inside and out My only complaint is the crappy pop radio but many places think people need or want noise.“

“My friend and I came for the dubai chewy cookie but instead got more than we anticipated because of the vast amount of desserts that they served and we were not disappointed.

“I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin' location! It has quickly become my go-to spot to grab a snack and enjoy a quick, relaxing break. The store is always spotless, spacious, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredible staff. The employees are always so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy they get, I am always greeted with a big smile, and they go out of their way to make sure my order is absolutely perfect. “In a service station. 2 Brazilian Staff had trouble underage my order and made mistakes entering it. We took our time amd verified and corrected 3 times since i was the only customer. Could be very tricky in crowded times or if you need clarification on options, orders or food limitations and allergies.

“Well I usually love Honey Dew but tonight I got a decaf hot coffee even though I asked for a Mocha Madness decaf. I even said it twice. I even had to wait longer at the window. Not many customers at 545 pm. Very disappointed ! I dew Love Honey Dew.“

“Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.

Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.

I've never bought from here before quarantine and now it's my go-to with 10+ options. They're also conveniently by Rt 95 so they can get to different places quickly.“

“There are of course lots of Dunkins. This is the one on Linden down in back of Bentley University across the street from the District Court. Online ordering and pickup but no drive thru so you must walk in but there is of course parking. Young staff who work fast. Never had a problem.“
