What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredible staff. The employees are always so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy they get, I am always greeted with a big smile, and they go out of their way to make sure my order is absolutely perfect. “Nah the bad reviews are too harsh. This place is legit and I love coming here. They know many customers on a first name basis and are always polite. Any time there has been an issue with a mobile order they are quick to correct it or give me a better alternative.

Some of the familiar faces have left over the last 1-2 years, so I just wanted to say that I hope they are moving on to bigger and better things, because they deserve it.“

I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" “I just wanted to thank the two young women working at Dunkin’ this morning on Wednesday, May 6th around 8:30 AM. I had stopped in asking about the Nurses Week free coffee promotion. Both employees were smiling, pleasant, and so kind during the interaction. Earlier, I had a very uncomfortable experience at another Dunkin’ location where the employees seemed disgruntled and reacted in a way that felt embarrassing and dismissive when someone asked the same question. So walking into your store and being treated with kindness and professionalism really meant a lot to me.
