By far the slowest service of any Dunks around. I'm kind of stuck going there because it's the only one on my route to work, so I've unfortunately visited there dozens and dozens of times over the years. Same thing every time. Have to wait forever for your food or coffee. Even if I order ahead on the app 10 minutes before arriving, they still don't have my order ready when I show up. And they don't seem to care and don't even acknowledge you when you're standing around waiting...read full review
I didn't want to say anything to them at the time, but when I got back to the car I really did not feel comfortable drinking my coffee after watching a maskless customer stand over it talking to the lady who worked there. I really wish I asked them to remake it.\ Very upset that the people who work at this establishment served this man. He wasn't only not wearing a mask but was VERY talkative spreading his germs even more.\ This is a time where we all need to be working together...read full review

They had a little rough patch but the last few times I went in the evening the service was quick and friendly and my order was perfect! So glad things are getting back to normal, we run on dunkin!
